I like how Personio is the core to our organization's development and progress since we're a fully remote team. What I like most about Personio is its modern interface and user experience. It breaks the friction caused by communications and procedures with HR, and it's organized visually in such a way that it's almost intuitive to know where each element is. I haven't needed to ask anyone how to navigate and use the interface. Perhaps as a small improvement in signings, I would like the possibility of doing it with a plugin via app, API, or smartphone application. For example, what doesn't work so well in the context of job and career architecture is that I miss opportunities for individualization there. Describe positions not only based on competencies but also based on responsibilities, etc. But also certain rights in cycles, delegation functions in certain submodules, for example for compensation. I like that I can check my attendance and see how my team is attending, including whether they have holidays or not. I think probably being able to take sick leave within Personio as well. But from other side, I think it's something that can be enabled on the organization side. So maybe as a tool, you have it, but it depends on a company whether to enable that feature or not. I myself do not frequently take sick leaves, so it's totally fine. But yeah. One-off pay components still need to be provided via the payroll export, but that is also down to DATEV itself. I feel it’s clear that Personio has shifted its focus towards large corporations in terms of its target customer base. I can automate most processes and set them up exactly as I want. The flexibility of Personio is great, and I love that I have everything in one place, accessible worldwide. I really like the interface of Personio. It's really clear with really nice graphics. It's really easy for me to request time off from my manager and it's easily approved.
