I like the innovative design and flexibility that Personio offers. It is a great tool to handle the dynamics and flexibility of a fast-growing company with seasonal workers. I think sometimes they should take a bit more time despite need and perhaps customer pressure, and rather go through another beta loop before the feature or something similar is released. I think it's great that with Personio I have everything in one system. Employees can see their own salary details in advance in their account, which is particularly helpful. For example, they can see if a bonus has already been booked or if travel expenses have been processed and booked in the current month. I find Personio very clear and easy to use, which makes it easier for me to fully utilize it from an HR perspective. I particularly like the integration with Datev and the resulting ability to handle payroll directly in-house.
