Sometimes it takes some time to save automations. On December we had lot of system error. For example during Performance cycle time, the hyperlinks on Performance forms were not shown as link but just a text. What I particularly like is the ability to customize many things individually – for example, adding additional holidays for other countries, creating custom feedback cycles, or incorporating automatic calendar notifications. The two inputs for work and break time are a bit unintuitive. But kinda cool that I put in work 9 - 5 and a break at 12 -1 it will automatically split the work time input into two and then show the break in-between but this kinda looks messy to me. But I usually only take one break so not a big deal but if I am using the timer function this can make a massive amount of inputs and look overwhelming. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me input my timesheet correctly but also understand when I have over or underworked during the day or month and makes it eaiser for me to see my balance to correct it later on. ### 33.
