**What do you like best about Chromacam?**

i loved the feature to add the company logo

**What do you dislike about Chromacam?**

Sometimes it need a long to load and you see the chromacam blue loading screen as you webcam picture... but yes

**What problems is Chromacam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

for me, it is a valuable addon for doing home-office and presenting you at the proper position over webcam, with company logo

**What do you like best about Chromacam?**

I really liked the idea of being able to use a business background on a virtual green screen behind me for online meetings on every messaging platform.  My customers us a real variety - Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx, Google Meet, MS teams and more, and I was keen to be able to hide the stuff behind me in the webcam shot.  When it worked it did it well, and was much cleaner than the default in Zoom.  I can't find this functionality in all the other tools.

**What do you dislike about Chromacam?**

It has rendered my Webcam unusable for every other app, and it doesn't always work with Chromacam.  It starts and freezes constantly.  Uninstalling the app didn't help, and the helpdesk support has been OK except I now have a bunch of manual steps that I need to take to resolve the issue - an uninstall should have solved it.

**What problems is Chromacam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted professional background on a virtual green screen for online meetings.
