I would love to see more of an automated completion of daily progress tasks, most people follow a daily routine of XX steps, XX hours of sleep, etc, there should be an easier way to just add those into the progress tracking all at once with one click from the landing page. Virgin Pulse is very easy to use and navigate. The dashboard is also highly user-friendly and does not require much training. Their mobile app is quite helpful in logging daily activities. It would take me multiple days to get a response to my query. Other than that, a couple of times, there were some downtime issues and ineffective syncing with my watch.
