Personality Pool is a SaaS application that enables hiring organizations to screen candidates for personality first for customer facing jobs like sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or contact centers. Personality Pool helps flip the candidate pool to identify strong candidates that have the right personality rather than filter on resume key words and hope to identify good candidates. Works extremely well for entry-level positions or roles where personality matters more than experience. The screening platform enables video interviewing, virtual resume building, AI-driven speech analytics along with confidence and personality scoring. Personality Pool speeds up hiring by 30% and saves 20 hours of admin work every month.
