What do you like best about Persona?

Identity verification uses both Government issued document (like drivers license) and live selfie to prove there is an actual person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Persona?

Ocassionally, the name pulled from a driver's license is incorrect. Also, we get a Fail if someone tries to use an expired license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use and set up. Lots of customisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Persona?

Would be nice to delete entries instead of just marking them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

all the information is in one place so its easy to go through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Persona?

only one selfie picture, the persona data is almost always wrong Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for taking the time to review us! We actually take a 3-pose selfie captured by video through the device camera so we can help ensure that each individual is live and real. In addition to that option, we also allow customers to pass us end-consumer uploaded photos via API that can then be verified within Persona. the program is user friendly. pretty easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Persona?

lags at times, connection error pops up even when there is a connecton Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Persona?

Their platform is intuitive in design and is easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Persona?

Out of all of the verification requests that get sent through the majority I receive are false passes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you email support@withpersona.com with some examples of the false passes you’re seeing, we’d be happy to investigate and see if tweaking your verification checks might help. We find that each business needs a different set of required checks and we try to make it easy for customers to be able to change that to meet their needs. Thanks!
