PersistIQ is a wonderfully lean software that makes sales outreach quick and easy. It is perfect for Salesforce users as it synchs up very easily to the platform so you can run capture data to within Salesforce. That's not to say that PersistIQ's platform doesn't have valuable reporting. It's wonderful to be able to see each campaign/step/sales person's performance. Likewise they have a great report for determining the best time to send an email to a customer.

Their Chrome Extension is great for prospecting. Being able to add a prospect to a campaign from any website is super helpful and nice. Their email finder piece is a bit subpar compared to tools like Skrapp and Hunter.io however.

PersistIQ also has a great customer support team. I hardly ever have issues with the platform, but when I do, I receive a fix usually within the day.

The platform is still fairly new, and the email templates lack some functionality with attachments/formatting features. But it isn't anything 5 minutes of thinking can't get around.

I've briefly used their research tool. It's good, but not great. It draws most of it's data from Lead411 (which isn't that great of a source to begin with).

There is limited functionality between users within the same organization that creates a black box between users. They are missing some baseline features of their competitors, such as "cool down" periods between email blasts that would make it more effective in mass email campaigns. Persist hides some features in menus or makes them harder to use than I'd like. A good example is duplicating campaigns, it should be available from the campaign list. Instead, you have to drive down into the campaign settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to use the same template throughout campaigns is so convenient. Plus, once added to a campaign, you can make slight adjustments as needed. PersistIQ makes it easy to communicate consistently and verify data regarding said communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each person in a campaign could have notes along every step they go through. For my purpose, it would be convenient to have those notes stored with the contact and presented in the CSV export once a campaign is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The concept of this platform is great, and if it functioned without issue would be a powerful tool for any sales rep. They also have a good customer service team as far as response time, for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Several times there has been issues with the software that prohibits the exact reason we use it. For example, many times I have been unable to make phone calls within the platform as it will (seemingly) randomly be disabled for me. Considering this is a large part of what I lean on this software for, it becomes almost useless when I can't make a phone call. This is a pretty core component of the software, so it's frustrating when it randomly doesn't work (on a few different occasions). If they are able to figure out how to smoothly run this platform without the major issues that prevent users like myself from being able to do what we purchased it for, I would give it a much higher reccomendation. Their Chrome extension - Luka does a fairly good job of identifying the correct email. They provide their own calendar link which works well when used in persist IQ emails. The emails sent from Persist IQ has better delivery rate when compared to other email automation tools. They have good options to personalize emails by customizing fields and even adding a required email to CC. The option to perform an A/B test and their suggestions for composing emails are also quite helpful - like the seven-second test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software has a few bugs. . The Luka extension constantly stopped working or had issues with the email credits. Its hassle to track regular emails (sent through Gmail) as I have to click the tracking button multiple times. Also, the persist IQ crome extension overlays itself with Gmail functions which make it harder to access certain Gmail functions when composing an email.
