If you are thinking of using their internal copywriting and email campaign service, here is what I have gone through:

I was told their copywriters were well versed in my industry; I spent more time providing data and information on what they should be focusing on, outside of giving them the company website with all the information.

They state there is a 2-3 week turnaround for new changes in email campaign messages. The response time is prolonged. So if you have a low-producing campaign, you could have gone through 2 months before you even see potential changes to approve.

Even after providing information to include in the messages, after they asked that I give an offer for my services to get more replies, they did not use anything in the messages they sent.

I was sold that I would not have to worry about anything and prepare for a couple of appointments they would schedule for the company a week. They stated they were professionals who understood the messaging needed to gain interest to communicate and get 2-3 expected weekly meetings with leads.
