Persée is scheduling and team management software built by two pharmacists and two developers, exclusively for community pharmacies. It is designed for owners and managers of independent pharmacies and small groups, from 2 to 50 staff. Build the weekly roster in minutes from reusable week templates, with drag and drop, rotations and live staffing counters by role (pharmacist, technician, apprentice) so a qualified pharmacist is always on duty. Two views, a vertical day view and a horizontal timeline, make coverage gaps and overtime risks visible at a glance. On-call duty (nights, Sundays, public holidays), leave and absences, overtime and the monthly hours report all follow the French pharmacy collective agreement (IDCC 1996). The payroll export goes straight to your accountant in Excel or PDF. Continuing-education (DPC) tracking, lab-rep appointments, document storage, tasks, announcements and a team chat replace the scattered tools most pharmacies juggle. Every team member checks their schedule on their phone through an installable web app, with calendar sync to Google, Apple and Outlook, and requests leave online instead of on paper. One flat price: 9.99 euros excl. VAT per month per pharmacy, unlimited staff, everything included. First month free, no commitment, cancel anytime, and the price is guaranteed for life from the day you sign up. An optional digital time clock is available for 2.99 euros per month. Migration is free and done by hand by a pharmacist from the team, usually within 24 hours, from Excel or any other tool. Support by email and phone comes from the people who built the product.
