What do you like best about PERQ?

The overall look and feel of the product gets consumer engagement. I have tested this on a number of sites and our stores really benefit form the depth of knowledge we get from the consumer responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PERQ?

I am never a fan of taking the customer to another site. Wish the website providers could create an in-page version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gathering detailed information on shoppers. Provides this information on shopper intent and where they are at in the shopping and buying process, making for better initial contact and follow up.
