Most global EOR platforms cover Bulgaria through a local partner or an aggregator network. Build-Operate-Transfer - Perpetum can completely build your operation in Bulgaria or Eastern Europe. From recruiting and employing the first hires, through establishing your legal entity, sourcing your office location and management staff. Pricing is published rather than quote-gated. EOR starts at $399 per employee per month with the highest tier EOR Plus is $539 / month. Typical clients are US, UK and EU companies hiring their first or next engineers in Eastern Europe, usually without an entity in the region and often without a local recruiting network.
