The user interface is fun to work with. The design is great for people who have multiple marketplaces and accounts. You can quickly navigate between them, sadly they dont really work but its fun to play with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Perpetua? The AI feature is just a scam, it doesnt work and it overspends all the time. The system doesnt let you do any deep customizations. You just have to have faith in their AI and it just never works. Not just that, I even tried few other new features and they were sadly just a buzz and chunky invoice for me and returned nothing. I remember I used their PR tab to generate buzz around one of my ASINs and it sold one unit during the year but I was paying $500 a month for it becasue the account manager was swearing their PR is one of the greatest. They are good at Selling the Software and they suck at support. Comparing the results to my own manual advertising, my manual advertising has much better results. They system is too slow to learn, does not understand seasonality and is not smart enough to differentiate different pricing tiers for your ASINs. The software never performed for me. My ROI was down, my spending was high, and my account manager advice was to spend more so system can learn more. Guess what, Perpetua makes money when you spend more money. The subscription fee is just a Joke for this kind of performance. They said it will integrate with Target Criteo and I did all the work and they decided to cancel that. One of the main reason I joined Perpetua was the integration with different platform, but that happened. My account managers and people who were helping me setup the accounts, they started quitting one after another. As soon as I signed the contract I was left alone to figure out the system. I was advice to hire a 3rd party person. So If you use Perpetua, their AI is not smart enough to do everything for you, you have to do everything which leads to the question of then why should I go to Perpetua? The hardest and saddest part of this company was cancellation process. I sent them an email 60 days before expiration of the contract, I sent them an email 30 days before and I sent multiple emails and chat few days before expiration. No one cared. My account manager was gone and I had no new one introduced to me, I emailed multiple people to get a reply and replies are always non confirming and asking you to stay becasue they are so generous that they want to help you when you decide to leave, i replied with cancel cancel cancel and none went anywhere. 6 Months later, im still disputing their monthly charges. As soon as you want to cancel this subscription , they stop answering the chats, chats gets disconnected, phones gets disconnected, you get non deliverable emails... very ironic. Well congratulations Perpetua, you made it to top of the list of most scam companies in advertising market. Just FYI, I used them for two years, I tried Amazon, Walmart and Criteo while using their software. The worse one was managed services they offered. Managed services only means we charge you few thousands dollars and we assign you a nice account manager who has no idea whats going on, then he or she will will send everything overseas and they figure it out. So dont waste your time with managed services neither becasue thats a bigger scam. I have to admit it takes alot for me to call another company scam. But they deserve it. Absolutely nothing. Every single experience I had with them has been negative so I honestly can't say much positive. Some of the sales reps are nice but that's where it ends. They didn't even get correct information written about the products we requested for our client and we had to reach out to get corrections made. They never even performed, i.e. never showed up ON Amazon and only had a few interaction OFF Amazon. They are insisting on charging me for a service they didn't deliver on. They cancelled the service, likely because of how poorly it performed, and started a new service to replace it. I disputed some bills, in which the sales reps and customer support person went silent on, and their AR department was requiring me to follow up with her on what was actually owed. That makes no sense. I've worked on Amazon in some shape or capacity for 12 years and this has been hands down the worst experience ever with a SaaS company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Perpetua? 1) I want products to be automatically retrieved, added to the campaign, and optimized. 2) Some keywords to be optimized need to be done manually. What we are looking for is full automation. 3) Other companies have created automated tools to create ad groups for each product, but these are not supported here. 4) For example, if a variation of a product is re-registered, a new ASIN will be issued. The old ASIN remains and is difficult to manage if the variation is frequently reconfigured. There are many areas for improvement, but I believe ACoS can be improved. To some extent, the system automatically optimizes the ads, eliminating the need to check the ads in detail. Sponsored Products spend and ACOS tracking. It's extremely helpful that Perpetua also supports Target and Walmart sites. The downside of using Perpetua is that if the website is down or having issues I can't make progress on the tasks I need to perform and I'm stuck waiting. Search Insights "Share of Voice" is lacking tools that allow you to download it as an excel/CSV report which would save us time from manually inputting the percentages.
