There are three things I really like. First, I like how much control you have over every aspect of a campaign. You can update ACOS, Keywords, and pretty much anything else super fast and easy. Second, I like that Perpetua is constantly adding updates that improve the platform. These changes show me that they genuinely care about the customer experience. I am the only person managing Amazon and Instacart advertising and it is a lot of work to manually create all the different campaigns in the respective portals myself. Perpetua makes it really easy to automatically make several campaigns. We also spend based off ROAS, so being able to use that as a goal (vs setting the bid) is convenient. There isn't a way to track which keywords get pushed from auto to manual by their algorithm. When there is a keyword that is performing really well in the AUTO campaign, it will get moved to the manual campaign and negative matched in the auto campaign. After using other PPC tools, we found Perpetua and it was hands down a better solution for our needs. The Perpetua team made migration into their platform seamless. The dashboard is easy to navigate and very insightful.

Ads are easy to set up and allow a relatively hands-off approach. You can make adjustments to campaigns as you see fit, but the bid automation and keyword harvesting features make this a huge time saver.

The bugs. Many times when you reach out to customer service a "bug" is causing the issue. There are too many benefits to the tool to make this a problem though.
