I suppose the downside of using Perpetua is that it is more time-consuming than using an agency. I actually prefer it though. Having managed Amazon Advertising Agencies for the past five years, I find that I have to train the agency's employee on how to run campaigns. Perpetua has been instrumental in being able to handle our large product catalogue, where our strategy for PPC is dependant on being able to advertise all of our products, but where our resources as a small business means we do not have the time to look at the detail on every product each and every day. Perpetua is still a tool that's growing and we've had our problems with it in the 14 months we've been with them, be it a lack of bulk operations or general slowdown in the beginning.
