Their tools make managing Amazon ads fairly 'hands off' while constantly optimizing towards your target ACOS. If you're an agency, that means fewer man-hours per account & reduced chances for human error with ad performance as good or better. Also launching campaigns for new products literally take a few clicks. The best part is we can integrate our DSP ad account performance with our Seller Central ads, and have a clear integrated dashboard to track overall performance between both platforms. **What do you dislike about Perpetua?** It's more expensive than alternatives on the market, but I was able to sign up for a 2-month discounted trial and I saw the value in continuing with it. **What problems is Perpetua solving and how is that benefiting you?** PPC management, organic ranking tracking, etc. We also got our own self-serve DSP account through Perpetua which has been a game-changer. ### 12. Support is quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The Ad school is a great help, so are the technical resources. **What do you dislike about Perpetua?** The software is not mature. That means that bugs pop up regularly and that some crucial features are still missing. What I also miss is some insight on how the algorithm is bidding on keywords. In a campaign with many keywords, it has happened to us that many keywords never got any impressions, especially keywords with low search frequency or keywords that were added to the campaign at a later stage. **Recommendations to others considering Perpetua:** It seems easy to work with but save some time to verify what's going on in your campaigns. If you like to work with a bug-free, stable platform, this is not for you. The user interface makes it very easy to apply specific goals and unique objectives across all ad and multiple targeting types. **What do you dislike about Perpetua?** The only downside to Perpetua is that there are limitations in the Sponsored Display campaign setup. In the Amazon Advertising portal, users are able to add text to Sponsored Display campaigns however in Perpetua this isn't currently a feature. My assumption is Perpetua will add this feature in the future as the platform continues to evolve. **What problems is Perpetua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Perpetua, our team had a very difficult time managing large numbers of campaigns in any given time period. They are responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They'll even get on a call with you. You can't really find that anywhere else with these Amazon tools. **What do you dislike about Perpetua?** I wish they had a payment plan that fits between their $50 and $250 plan. Otherwise, totally worth it! **What problems is Perpetua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Savvy sellers NEED the automated bidding that Perpetua does. I'm not sure how other sellers can survive without it. They've bridged the gap with bidding that Amazon simply cannot do.
