Absolutely terrible experience from PerkUp - Please think twice before using **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025 **What do you like best about PerkUp?** That we're not going to use them again moving forward. **What do you dislike about PerkUp?** - Got designs wrong - Delivery went to the wrong location and got stuck in customs in Japan (???) - Low and late responsiveness from account manager, and when responded, not giving helpful updates, resulting in most of our delivery items not arriving or arriving after event ended - Having to deal with issues with customs even after our event ended, with zero support from PerkUp Context: We're a global firm, and so many issues across the board with PerkUp has occurred, not just for a singular event. **What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supposed to enable us to have a centralized swag vendor, but it only added tons of additional work on our end, with poor service rendered. AKA more problems created for us than solving. Even zero updates given when providing our contact to custom authorities, leaving us hanging. ### 2. Great idea, terrible implementation. Too many times my transactions were declined, including my gym membership which I've already used perkup for in the past. Their support is super slow and unhelpful, sometimes taking 3+ business days to respond to a simple question. When I got a late fee due to their issue with declining my ongoing gym membership, their only response was "Sorry! Try it again" without any offer of paying for the late fee. No one at our company knew what constitutes health and wellness, and it was unhelpful that there are many items or retailers that were not covered automatically, such as Apple Watch and Smith Optics (which is a sports apparel retailer). All in all, it was such a headache to use Perkup and I will never recommend them to anyone.
