I find it particularly challenging that I do not receive emails when a bulk upload is done for sending rewards. Additionally, the process is not straightforward for sending rewards to be sent out under the name of my company but on an individual basis. It should be easier to automatically create an account under my company's name rather than having to set it up manually. The requirement to use an email or mobile number for authentication is difficult as our mobile numbers are already used for our personal accounts on Perkbox.
