The variety of perks they offer are great and cover many areas like shopping, restaurants, travel and entertainment. Their cinema tickets discounts are very popular amongst our employees. With the rising cost of living, every bit helps. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to find and redeem offers without hassle. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Some discounts aren't as substantial as expected. Also some perks exclude certain locations which can be a bit disappointing. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox provide access to discounts and perks that directly cut down on everyday expenses. Platform also includes mental wellness resources that we can offer our employees at no cost to them. ### 2. It's a product that is well liked by the team and is easy to use. The fact that it is not just about saving money, and focuses on wellbeing and encouraging healthy life habits is great. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** The flexi-points are great, but perhaps there could be something more meaningful that could be provided to employees on their birthday. There used to be a birthday gift each year, but I'm not sure this still exists. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us deliver a better employee experience by giving a platform to acknowledge and recognise employee achievements, and giving them access to tools that can really help with overall health and wellbeing. ### 4. There are some good discounts on there and staff seem to enjoy using the platform. There's a wealth of information available from a management point of view, in terms of webinars and training. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Some of the flexi and reward points values can be a little complicated. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensures some consistency in recognitions and rewards as we try to schedule these ### 6. Engagement reporting could be improved. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** andy b. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023 **What do you like best about Perkbox?** As an administrator and part of the implementation team, perkbox has been easy and intuitive to set up, from configuring SSO and User Provisioning with our Azure AD environment to surfacing our corporate benefits within the environment. As an end user, on average the perks and discounts offered by perkbox are well on par with, and in some cases better than I have seen on other benefit/voucher offerings. A few specific discounts can be found to be better elsewhere or on other platforms, but that will be the case with any platform. On the whole, Perkbox hosts an impressive array of discounts. Vouchers and discounts are easy to find, and easy to use (and generally immediately available). When I had an issue redeeming a voucher purchased through the platform, the team were responsive and helpful through the in-app chat. Perkbox also hosts a wealth of health and wellbeing content that our users can access, and a 'rewards and recognition' section, although we are not currently using this. There is some interesting reporting and statistics available through the platform to monitor adoption and engagement (anonymised to team level) **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** I feel that the engagement reporting could be improved somewhat, possibly by presenting an API (ODATA?) that allows an admin to extract lower-level data (i.e. engagement actions - but still anonymised to team member level) to allow the creation of our own engagement reports based on our own criteria (for example, within PowerBI). I'm also not a fan of the 'amount saved' figure that shows how much your employees have saved. The calculation is based on assumed savings for some of the links and produces an inflated figure (for example, if people look at a site with a large discount, but don;t actually buy anything). I would prefer to see this split as 'confirmed savings' (such as vouchers etc. bought directly from Perkbox) and have 'assumed' savings (from referral click-through to other sellers) listed separately. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox helps us with the following: -Visibility of the benefits of working for our company -Access to the Employee Assistance Programme -General e-engagement with our wider workforce - especially those that d not use PCs in their daily role. The vouchers within Perkbox act as an incentive for employees to engage electronically, and we should then see increased use of our other employee engagement portals. ### 7. Perkbox helps our staff get the best out of their money in so many different ways. I will always push staff to download PB on their phones, so they can carry it around with them. If they find themselves standing in line in a shop, I always say to them "check PB for a discount" because more often than now, they will have one! I also like how helpful Perkbox staff are when we have an Admin issue. They are always at hand to chat to us and solve any issues or explain things we may not understand. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Sometimes good offers will dissapear from one week to the next which does ocassionally dissapoint staff. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engagement, retention, work-life balance. Helping our staff to save money, meaning their salary can go a bit further each month. A happy workforce is a productive workforce. We get new staff excited about PB during the induction process and many of them will only ask about PB (and ignore some of our other benefits), as that's the one they are most interested in. ### 8. The Perks are great, when I remember to use them! **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** We're not a fan of the rewards system! I understand that the values are there to make it global but it seemed to over complicate it for us, as we're only based in the UK. It would be better (for us) if the Flexi Points and the Rewards points were the same and could be added together to build higher values. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a benefits platform that can cater to many people at the same time as the discounts etc are so varied, there should always be something for everyone. ### 9. It's so easy to navigate! The emails that you receive to let you know when your points have gone in are a great way to keep you engaged. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Not a lot really! It's a shame that the rewards points don't have as much worth as the flexi points, but it's still a great way to recognise those that have gone above and beyond. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially we are using Perkbox for employee engagement, and next year we will top up our rewards points. The training that we have delivered to all employees went really well and everyone is really engaged with the platform. I'm proud to be a perkbox user! ### 10.
