Having to go through Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is a bit more of a hassle for me since I've been capable of finding flights and hotels myself. When the trip changes, I've run into issues where the rental car or something else doesn't automatically update or alert me to update it myself. It's frustrating that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) sometimes shows worse prices than I find online or doesn't have the flight route at all. The flight comparison tool isn't entirely comprehensive of all flights. How easy and well designed it is, also the customer service is extremely fast and for istance when made a mistake they super promptly responded to me. It's fast and easy! I guess certain flows could be more cohesive and for istance when I made a mistake and changed my route I still received and seen on my apple wallet and in the app the prior tickets and dates, and that was confusing a little Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you? Business travelling having to schedule it and manage any change.
