## Perk (formerly TravelPerk) Reviews
  ### 1. Quick Interface and Efficiency in Corporate Travel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like using Perk for business trips to different cities. I appreciate that it offers a quick way to select trips and have everything in one place, in addition to its fast and simple interface for requesting trips. It is an application that integrates well into my ecosystem, where I can book, review my tickets, and add things with everything being very well organized. I love that it always has tickets at hand and effective customer service in case of any travel issues. The reminders as my trip approaches are also very useful. The direct connection with Google made the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

At the moment, I haven't found anything.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to select trips quickly and have centralized information. It is simple and effective for booking and reviewing tickets, with attentive customer service and timely reminders.

  ### 2. Streamlined Travel Bookings with Personal Touch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

As a remote employee, I love using Perk for booking travel and accommodation when visiting the office. It makes booking trips easy by billing directly to my employer, eliminating the need to use my credit card and claim expenses back. I appreciate the wide range of options for travel modes and hotels, and I really like the Concierge service for arranging custom bookings, like when booking the Caledonian Sleeper. Sorting hotel options by price and distance makes it easy to find the perfect place to stay. The Concierge service is like having a personal assistant, saving me a lot of time. I also enjoy the social proof of seeing which hotels are popular with my colleagues. Adding trip details automatically to my Google calendar is a great feature, and I like that I can add booking details to EasyJet's iPhone app for easy access to flight details and boarding passes. Setting up Perk was very straightforward, as it allowed me to log in with my Google account and add loyalty schemes easily, so I can claim points through bookings.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't have any problems with Perk, but I'd like the ability to save a template for trips I take regularly.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes booking travel easy and bills directly to my employer, avoiding credit card use and expense claims. I like the wide range of options, including custom bookings via the Concierge service, and seeing colleague reviews helps choose hotels.

  ### 3. Streamlined Business Travel Management with Efficient Approval Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktoriia B. | Logistic Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk daily for managing business travel arrangements, and it supports my work with trip approvals, booking flights and hotels, and monitoring travel costs. Perk saves time by allowing trip comparisons of flight and hotel options, managing existing bookings, and handling last-minute flight cancellations. The platform makes it easy to create travel requests, share them with colleagues, stay within company travel policy, and keep travel data organized. I find the integrated approval workflows very efficient, reducing administrative delays by allowing requests to be sent for approval without additional communications, and approvers can quickly approve after checking the details. The initial setup of Perk is so easy, and it's easy to invite new users. I also appreciate Perk's support, its wide variety of bookings, suitable system, and invoicing.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I had some cases when I mistakenly chose the wrong invoicing company and right after payment, it was not possible to change it. It would be great if this were possible to change after payment within 5 days. Sometimes I found some bugs during flight bookings which results in wrong fare. Although, I'm not sure, maybe this problem is not in Perk, as in ticket distribution systems at large. I would like to have the right to change user data such as names and surnames, passport data in their profiles, as it is required sometimes and, as an administrator, it is a needed function.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for managing travel by saving time on trip comparisons, bookings, and cancellations. It keeps travel requests within policy, organizes travel data, and facilitates quick approvals, which is great with large events.

  ### 4. Streamlined Travel Bookings, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candan I. | Turkey Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love that I could do all my bookings myself without going through various approval steps, which saved a lot of time. I appreciate the support team for being very responsive and quick to answer my questions whenever I needed support. I also enjoy the variety of options available, as it meant I didn't feel the need to check for better alternatives in terms of flight or hotel bookings. Personally, it was easy to start using.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Nothing

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could do all my bookings myself without going through various approval steps, it saved lots of time. I also didn't need to check for better alternatives thanks to the variety of options. Their support team is responsive and quick.

  ### 5. Easy to Use on Desktop and Android and Perfect for Quick Ticket Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azim Z. | Pre-Sales Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Very easy to use weather its on desktop or mobile app. I use the android app and its invaluable when i am travelling by train because i can quickly pull up my tickets

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

It would be good to add things to the trip that we booked elsewhere because my company uses different solutions but i want to use Perk as the main trip planner not just for tickets

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy to book any expense and removes any admin burden. For example if I drive somewhere or buy food, i have to use another expense tool and its very manual whereas booking the train which i do with Perk is a breeze.

  ### 6. Perk Makes It Easy to Keep All Travel Bookings in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

In my opinion, one of Perk’s strongest features is how simply it lets me build an itinerary that keeps all my travel and accommodation bookings together in one place.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I do a lot of trips to the same location and would like a way of just duplicating the itinerary with similar travel times and hotel bookings

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making business trip booking simple and keeping all the payment and admin issues away from me

  ### 7. Simplified and Efficient Travel Reservations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that the flights, hotels, and everything are in the same application, which makes it much more convenient to have everything organized. Before, I had to go to different websites, but now it's easier to manage everything in one place. The initial setup process was also simple, especially because we had a seminar that made things much easier.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

For me, it would be ideal to add two functions: in the reservation of stays, add tourist apartments and be able to add a second personal card to make payments for what does not belong to the company directly.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk streamlines travel bookings, keeps me informed about upcoming trips, and organizes flights and hotels in a single app, which is much more convenient.

  ### 8. Efficient Travel Booking with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan W. | Senior Product Manager, Headphones 🎧

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really like that Perk is easy to use, making it simple to book travel for work trips. It's especially helpful to see where my colleagues have stayed in the past. The support from Perk is great too, as they are really helpful when I need to make changes to my travel plans. Plus, getting assistance if plans change is a big benefit.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes it can be quite tricky to book train tickets - for example getting a day travel card for London from my home town. If I buy at the station I can get a day travel card from my hometown. But with Perk I have to book a return in/out of London and a separate day travel card for Zones 1-6.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book travel for work trips without the hassle of paying myself and expensing back. It's easy to use, shows where colleagues have stayed, and Perk support helps with changes when needed.

  ### 9. Higher fares compared to direct booking. Mislead you into thinking you booked Economy but actually its Basic Economy

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle J.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the ability for a company to create an Event and link all travel itineraries to that event. It helps us see the itineraries of other colleagues, which allows us to stay organized during the event. The event organization can also get the latest information on who is traveling when and where.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would not recommend Perk for 2 major reasons: The rates are not as low as if you searched directly with the airline or hotel, so my company is spending more money on travel when utilizing this platform. There have been multiple times when I clearly selected Economy/Main Cabin but in reality they booked me on Basic Economy and it's a pain to resolve.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for booking corporate travel, which helps with approving travel itineraries and expensing costs. The ability to create events and link itineraries keeps us organized, allowing the event organization to get updated travel information.

  ### 10. Simple UI, But missing many needed nuance features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The process is clear for employees to book their travel. Simple UI/UX is good

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

- i want an option for employees to cover the difference between what we allow vs what the options are, and for them to be able to pay in the same workflow
- also want an easier ability to update personal travel documents for already booked flights
- admin work of switching someone's personal email to their work account if we need them to book travel before they've actually started with us

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

giving employees the ability to book their own travel, benefits us because there's no way we as an admin team would be able to do it for each individual

  ### 11. Empowers Autonomous Business Travel Planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love how Perk allows me to plan and book entire business trips directly without needing to re-enter my credentials, thanks to the stored company credit card. If my travel choices meet company restrictions, I can book them without further approval, which is great. I feel very autonomous and flexible using Perk. I really like the autonomy it gives me. It's convenient being able to plan an entire trip and combine flights or train rides with hotel bookings all in one place. If I need accommodation at my destination, I can easily combine it with my travel plans.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes it does not load all available travel information as fast as I expect. If I search for a flight for a specific date or time and I don't find what I am looking for, I need to start the search again instead of just changing the date or time.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Perk, I can plan and book entire business trips easily. It combines all elements like flights and hotels in one place, stores company credit card info, and respects travel restrictions, making me feel autonomous and flexible.

  ### 12. Easy Multi-City Booking with Full Control for Managing Business’ Trips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

My travel was from India to Switzerland with my colleagues, I stayed in Zurich, then traveled to Bensheim in Germany, and my return flight was from Frankfurt back to Bangalore. It was a bit of a complex trip honestly, but the app handled it really well and best part I was able to book it for myself and my colleagues and I was able to manage also, for them.

What I liked most is how easy the booking process was. The app is simple to use and not confusing at all. Even with multiple cities, hotels and flights, I didn’t feel stressed while booking, which is rare for me 😅

1. ability to allow booking for others and manage
2 suggestions about flight and hotel with various filters,
3. full control in users hand

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would say you can improve email sending. You still send but the email is not very friendly, it does not load properly, specially the special image part. does not send details completely.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I already have suggested my problem in last comment, rest is all good and very nicely managed.

Usually you get problem managing multiple booking for multiple users. Perk help us do that feasibly, even if you book for multiple people from same booking ID, you can still cancel for individual without impacting booking for others and its the best thing.

  ### 13. Planning work trips is sooo much easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love about TravelPerk that everything is on the same place: my accomodations, the train tickets... And even if I don't book everything at once, it automatically understands the trip and draws a timeline for me, which is very convenient for long trips in different locations.

Additionally, the fact that it automatically charges all costs to my company removes an extra worry from my mind.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The only disadvantage that I can think of is that I still need to checkout Google Maps in order to read reviews of the hotels and hostals, and to see recent photos since some accomodations have very few images on TravelPerk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to plan trips, and to simply the payment process since, instead of using my personal credit card and then sending a note to my company, trips are paid by my company right away.

**Official Response from Anna Stofa:**

I use Perk for booking my travels for work and I appreciate how it helps me book travels more directly and seamlessly. The ease of use is fantastic—it's fast and convenient to compare prices, routes, and flight times while staying within budget. Their customer service is also a big plus; they're fast, reliable, and go above and beyond to resolve booking issues. ### 16. Streamlines Business Travel Expenses Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle E. | Senior Client Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that with Perk, I don't have to submit expenses separately or pay out of pocket, which means I don't have to wait for my company to reimburse me. It's great that I don't have to front the cost and then deal with the approval process to get paid. It also helps my company track where people are staying. The initial setup was easy, and I don't recall having any issues.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't like that I'm still booking through a third party. When I booked a Marriott hotel and didn't put in my membership number upon booking, they were giving me issues connecting the booking to my account. They said I couldn't do so because I booked through a third party.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for business travel to book flights and hotels. It tracks internal expenses and covers costs directly from the company card, so I don't pay out of pocket or wait for reimbursement. It helps my company track where people are staying.

  ### 17. All-in-One Work Trip Booking with Flights and Hotels in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

makes booking work trips so much easier when everything is in one place and connected. love that it shows flights from all the airlines so you don't have to go individual sites. and then you can also book your hotel at the same place

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

we've had an instance where a hotel wasn't available once we'd booked it and it was a bit of an ordeal to find a replacement. The customer service agent wasn't being very helpful.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when booking travel through perk it means we don't have to file expenses separately for those bookings which makes our lives a lot easier

  ### 18. Intuitive UI That Consistently Finds the Best Travel Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

What I appreciate most is the intuitive interface; it is incredibly easy to navigate, which saves our team a lot of time when booking travel. On top of the great UI/UX, the platform consistently finds the best deals available, ensuring we get excellent pricing and a strong ROI on our travel budget without having to cross-reference multiple sites.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

not really much, all working fine , maybe AI can be improved a bit to be more fluent on coms

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has integrations for almost all partners and this is great in terms of performance. I can find everything within sec

  ### 19. Easy Travel Booking, Needs Stronger Airline Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the ease of use with Perk. It's simple to use, requires no training, and allows my team to be self-sufficient. The variety of offered services means we rarely encounter situations where availability on Perk is an issue compared to other sites. I also find the prices to be very competitive. Additionally, the availability of support is a plus, as they are accessible via chat and the response time is relatively fast.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Support often doesn't have good enough connections with the airlines and couldn't help me when I needed to change my booking. Sometimes there are discrepancies between what I booked on Perk and what the airline sees in their system, and the Perk support team couldn't fix this in time, so I had to pay the difference myself. Also, the help for emergency cases needs improvement as people stuck in airports or arriving at a fully booked hotel require an immediate response.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk helps me by eliminating the need for external travel agents, centralizing booking policies, and monitoring budget spend.

  ### 20. Effortless Business Trip Management, Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo M. | Senior Manager, Technical Engineering

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk to book all my business trips and accommodations. I like how it quickly finds the best price for travel tickets and suitable accommodations with the amenities I need, offering everything in a simplified overview without needing to loop through many websites. I love the trip organization feature, giving me an overview of departure, stay, and return in one place. I also appreciate that it integrates with my calendar so all trip details automatically show up there. The booking process is simple and quick, and having quick access to the itinerary makes scheduling events before, during, and after the trip super easy since I know where I'll be and when at a glance. The initial setup was effortless as I just logged in via SSO with my company email and was able to book trips right away.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I'd like a more detailed map of the whereabouts of my stay, so I can navigate it and see what's near or plan routes. I take one point as it looks more targeted to big companies, so it's not a good fit for everyone. But it might just be my lack of knowledge about everything Perk has to offer.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to easily find the best-priced travel tickets and accommodations with needed amenities. It offers a simplified overview and calendar integration, eliminating the hassle of browsing multiple websites and organizing trip details manually.

  ### 21. User-friendly with great support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo Max K. | Director Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the user-friendliness and simplicity of the platform both on desktop and in the mobile app. The journey is meaningful and allows me to work well for my own management and team planning. I also appreciate the clarity of the selection and alternatives, as well as the integration of all important means of transport and options that are available live. Additionally, I find the good support from the team very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

An offline version would be great if, for example, I have no reception and want to photograph a receipt and upload it to the app. Additionally, Perk could provide an email address where I can send my receipts and have them automatically matched.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for travel, planning, team requests and approvals, as well as for expenses. The platform is user-friendly and easy to use both on desktop and mobile. The overview and integration of all means of transport are helpful, and the good support from the team is valuable.

  ### 22. Seamless Travel Coordination with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen N. | Named Account Executive - APAC

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk for booking flights and accommodation for work travel, and I find it very efficient for coordinating travel bookings with an executive approval process integrated into one central tool. I really like that I can pull out the app on the move and see all relevant travel information in one place. The prices are cheaper compared to the previous service we used. I appreciate receiving a calendar invite when I book something, which helps ensure I'm on time for all travel. The digital card for bookings and notifications regarding flight or gate changes make travel feel seamless. Setting up and using Perk is very easy and the tool is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I wish you had an AI chatbot concierge that could answer some questions instantly.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to efficiently coordinate flight and travel bookings with exec approval. It centralizes information on my phone, offers cheaper prices, sends calendar invites, and provides a digital card, making travel seamless with notifications for changes.

  ### 23. Facilitate travel planning, improve flight booking

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I appreciate the flexibility of Perk (formerly TravelPerk). The travel planning and execution work great, as I no longer have to constantly do travel and expense reports. The planning is nicely clear, which helps me a lot with organizing train stations, hotels, and similar things. The initial setup was also relatively easy: just upload my ID card and passport, and then it was good.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The function with the flights is not optimal. The online check-in in the app does not work. You always have to use the respective airline's app or the website to check in and obtain the boarding pass. This is somewhat cumbersome. A connection would be helpful.

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) assists with business travel planning, displays train stations and hotels, simplifies planning, and eliminates manual travel and expense reporting.

  ### 24. Intuitive Travel Booking with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artjom V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really like the UI and UX of Perk; everything feels very intuitive and easy to navigate. I appreciate how it saves me a lot of time, as I don't need to explore the website extensively to find what I need. I also like the price transparency, making it easy for me to see prices, understand what is included, and ensure everything aligns with our company's policy. The customer service team has always been super helpful, which I really appreciate. Additionally, the initial setup of Perk was super easy, which I like. I love how I can manage my business trips, booking flights and hotels independently without worrying about company pricing policies because I see everything clearly there.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would really appreciate if you could manage incidents related to the trips. For example, if a flight is delayed or something wrong with the hotel, your people team could manage that. So, one of my flights was delayed over 20 hours. Luckily, I got the hotel and taxi paid, but I had to manage the refund on my own, then I had to spend time with the company explaining their issue and asking them to provide me a flight. I would appreciate if this would be covered by you.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to manage business trips on my own, booking flights and hotels independently. It solves pricing policy issues by showing transparent prices within company policy, saving me time and effort.

  ### 25. Efficient Travel Organization with Perk

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jérôme G. | Sales Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk to organize my business trips and what I really appreciate is that Perk allows me to save time by grouping all my travel bookings in one place. I particularly like having everything I need at my fingertips thanks to the mobile app, which allows me to book my trips but also to find my travel tickets and hotel reservations at any time. The initial setup of Perk was extremely simple, I just received a link and my access.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

When I receive the bookings, adding them to Google Calendar only offers part of the trip. I would like the Google Calendar events to contain a link or an attachment to the train ticket, plane ticket, or hotel reservation. The application should be available with the tickets even offline.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to organize my business trips. It allows me to save time with everything in one place and makes the validation process easier.

  ### 26. Effortless Travel Booking, Great Support with Some UI Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nabila R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love the customer support that Perk provides to their partners. I can just call an agent and ask them to handle special requests for candidates' hotel accommodations, without having to wait and deal with the hotel myself, which I find very tiring. I also like that I can book flights and accommodations all in one place, so I don't have to navigate different pages or platforms. This is the best benefit for me, as it simplifies the booking process. Another thing I appreciate is that flights and accommodations are all in the same place, and we have partnerships that allow us to cancel very last minute without losing a lot of money. Plus, we get a lot of help from the agents whenever we want to add or change something, and there's always support, which is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I feel like Perk was a bit buggy before, with a lot happening in the interface. When searching for destinations, there are so many options, you really have to sift through to find the best deal that suits your budget. The interface is not my favorite. Also, when chatting with an agent, the reply was super late last time, and sometimes it would be better to switch to email because if you're not there when the agent replies, when you come back, you might be dealing with a new agent. The initial setup was a bit confusing, especially when adding a new member as you don't get that option unless you type something random.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to manage flights and accommodations in one place, which is super helpful. We have partnerships that allow us to cancel last minute without big losses. The agents provide lots of help with changes, offering great support.

  ### 27. Effortless Travel Bookings, Needs More Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk is an easy-to-use platform. It makes the whole customer experience smoother and hassle-free. I appreciate being able to see where colleagues have booked hotel stays before, which gives me confidence in my own bookings. It's really good that Perk allows for putting limitations on what can be booked to ensure trips and stays are within the company's policy. Additionally, I found it very easy to start with Perk, and it's very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Some of the journeys are not flexible, i.e., I can't easily amend a train booking if my train is cancelled. I have to create a whole new booking and report to the finance team that my previous train was cancelled, therefore, need to get a refund. Trains which are cancelled should have a refund request option for the user, as it just adds admin for me to send this on to finance. Some people may not do this and be costing the company more.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book travel and stays for work, avoiding using my own card and submitting expenses. It's user-friendly and lets me see where colleagues stayed, ensuring bookings within company policy.

  ### 28. Streamlined Travel Management with Improvement Needed on Luggage Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clara G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I find Perk incredibly useful for booking business trips, as it brings transparency to the process and consolidates all options into one platform. I really like that you can easily see a lot of options at once, making it convenient to compare and choose. Plus, Perk takes care of any issues that arise, which is a big help. The initial setup was really easy too, just involved getting an invite through email, and logging in was fast.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I find the tool for choosing extra luggage with your flight sometimes isn't clear enough or doesn't work quite well. Also, it seems like you can't add as many cabin bags or checked bags as the airline allows, as it's limited to the flight option you choose in Perk.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book business trips, making the process transparent with all options on one platform. It allows me to view multiple options easily and handles any issues, which is very convenient.

  ### 29. User-Friendly with Streamlined Invoicing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustín W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk makes it easy to compare different flights and choose the best one, and it's very user-friendly. The platform is clear, which helps a lot. Setting it up was extremely easy too; we used Google admin synchronization, and it was done in very fast time.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I find that living in a small city in Poland, called Gutsch, I don't have a lot of train possibilities, so I need to go outside the tool to buy it. Another thing that can improve is when our organization creates big events, we avoid using Perk because we end up making a lot of emails with the hotel. So if we use Perk, it becomes much more difficult to get to the final result.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk solves invoicing issues by providing one final invoice with all trips on one platform, keeping everything in one place.

  ### 30. Effortless Booking, Needs Date Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debra B. | Strategic Engagement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) allows people to choose when they travel and which flights they prefer, making it very easy for us to manage the payment of different flights and hotel bookings. It's also great that it's easy to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

One improvement that I would like to see is being able to search with multiple dates so that we can find the cheapest flight. For example, having a plus or minus one to three days option or the ability to see all the flights for a particular destination over the course of several days.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows our members to book their own flights, eliminating the need for us to handle reimbursements and advancing funds.

  ### 31. Easy Travel Booking and Clear Itineraries, with Room to Improve Filters

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The platform is generally easy to navigate, and I liked having different travel options in one place without needing to compare across multiple websites manually. The booking process felt straightforward, and confirmations and itineraries were organized clearly.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

One area for improvement would be expanding the range of accommodation options in some destinations and improving the filtering tools to make it easier to compare choices based on cancellation policies, amenities, or travel preferences.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk is solving a lot of the friction that comes with coordinating business travel — especially the time lost comparing options across platforms, managing approvals, tracking itineraries, and dealing with last-minute changes.

  ### 32. Streamlined Business Travel with Minor Visual Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that with Perk(formerly TravelPerk), everything is all in one place. I can filter offers to fit within my company's policy, which saves me time and ensures I stay within the predefined travel budget. The nice representation of the itinerary helps me have an overview of the whole trip, so I don't mix the dates up. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The overview of all hotel images is missing. It would be helpful if I could, for example, see only photos of the room instead of all 100 images of the hotel. Now, I need to click each to get to the right ones.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk saves me time by centralizing travel booking and keeping me within the company's policy.

  ### 33. Perk Makes Company Travel Booking Simple, Reliable, and Policy-Friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk makes booking company travel really easy. Whether I need to book a train, flight, or hotel, the process is straightforward and everything available is easy to find. I also like that it clearly shows how each option fits within our company budget and travel policies, so I can make the right choice without extra back-and-forth. Prices are also solid and comparable to other booking sites.

Overall, it’s simple to use, reliable, and the support has been great whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes, local trains in Germany aren’t covered, which can be inconvenient.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I sometimes find the emails about prepaid versus non-prepaid hotels a bit confusing, but it’s never caused an issue in the end.

It allows me to have more free time when travelling and when preparing for travel.

  ### 35. Streamlined and Scalable Travel Management for Event Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie P. | Senior Event Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is a very user-friendly platform that makes it easy to manage and track team travel for specific events. I also appreciate being able to book travel arrangements for people outside of our company organization when needed. The clear booking confirmations and reminder emails help ensure everything runs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The platform tends to display the most expensive options first, particularly for hotel accommodations. It often requires adjusting the filters manually to find more cost-efficient options, which can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk simplifies travel coordination by allowing us to book travel not only for internal team members but also for people outside of our organization when needed. It also enables team members to book their own travel arrangements, which significantly reduces manual coordination work for the events team when planning event participation or offsites. This makes the overall process more efficient and scalable.

it is easy to use, shows many options with all the necessary information to make a good decision quickly

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The chat assistant used to be a real person and now it's artificial intelligence. I don't like that change.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve that on a single platform I see all the available options for my flights. It also makes it easy to make changes when necessary.

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The ability to book a reservation and knowing if I am within company travel policy.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 40. All-in-One Travel Booking Platform with Excellent User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like how Perk (formerly TravelPerk) has everything in one place. I can book hotels, trains, and flights in one step, which is great. I have a complete overview of my data and invoices. It's great that I can store different payment methods and have the option to take out insurance for each booking for a fair final amount, which covers travel changes or cancellations. The simple processing and the very high user experience are also a plus. The initial setup of the tool was relatively easy and did not cause us any major difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Yes, what works a little less well or where we often have problems within the company is when it comes to distribution in the reporting line. This means that trips need to be approved, and sometimes they are forwarded to the wrong person for approval.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Perk, I book my business trips easily, including hotels and transportation. I keep track, get reminders, and can connect my business credit card. Additionally, I receive a complete overview of data and billing, which is great.

  ### 41. Simplifies Expense Management with Rewarding Perks

I like how Perk makes it easy to track and submit expenses, as well as book corporate travel. I also enjoy being able to connect my loyalty program and earn personal rewards like miles, so I still get rewarded for booking through this corporate travel portal. I’ve already earned thousands of miles.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I wish they had a more detailed onboarding experience on the platform to give me a tour of the place and learn better by doing how things work.

  ### 42. Effortless Travel Bookings with Excellent Human Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Genevieve L. | Principal Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk to book my flights and those of my teams. I like the ease of use for keeping a proper financial record of the booking and allowing team members to book their own travel. It's great that I can reach a person if I have challenges. I have a clear and concise view of the options, and the billing process is seamless. I can either have central billing or use my personal card. When booking, I see budget airline choices in one place, select a flight, search for others, and keep options I like. The price breakdown is easy to understand and manage. If I'm doing travel that will be reimbursed by someone else, I can provide one invoice that makes it official.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I wish it was easier to reach someone when there is a problem with the airlines. The process can only be done on the application on the phone. Some of the changes to the platform have made it difficult to navigate as one has to find the old features or how they now work.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for booking travel, which simplifies team travel bookings. It offers easy financial tracking, allows team bookings, and provides support. The clear options and seamless billing help manage expenses efficiently.

  ### 43. Support for executive customers needs to be refined

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

The web interface is laid out well. It's easy to find flights etc

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I disagree with the way refundable rooms are booked. No money should be taken by the hotel until the refund date has passed, or the guest should pay at the hotel. The fact that money is taken at the time of booking for a refundable room is a waste of time and creates unnecessary admin. I book for C-suite and their dates change all the time.

Also, the email responses are awful. I have never experienced anything like this before. I have one email that still hasn’t been responded to, and it’s been two weeks now.

I have also called twice in the last three weeks to get something actioned, only for it not to be done. So now nothing happens over email or when I call, and this is for C-suite—it’s not good enough.

I need quick responses that I can trust will actually be actioned. Right now, I do not trust Perk at all.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are good with upcoming events as they have a dedicated team for this and time to action things

  ### 44. Practical Travel Booking with Minor Cost Concerns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like how easy it is to book your flights and also your accommodation with Perk. The user experience in general is okay, and I like the way we can find information; it's not that hard, so it's useful. I also like the updates, the way we receive them is fine. I appreciate the feature where you can see where other coworkers stayed before you, which helps in choosing an accommodation. It's useful because it validates how good a place can be and ensures that it's within the policy. It's also easier to get to the office or vendor locations after seeing where others have stayed. Plus, the service helps in booking trips not just for myself but also for coworkers, which is practical whether traveling together or separately. The experience with Perk has generally been nice, and I believe it will continue to help a lot during our next trips.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I feel there's not so much clarity about the booking prices. Flights seem to be more expensive than conventional ones, and I think it would be nice to have more transparency. Also, the prices could be a bit better.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes booking trips easy and efficient for me and coworkers. It's quick to book flights and accommodations, and helps in planning by checking hotel options. The ability to book for others traveling with me simplifies coordination.

  ### 45. Effortlessly Manages Travel with User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johan P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like Perk because it is very user intuitive, and I appreciate its ease of use. I find it great to have all the process of generating a trip in a single platform, allowing me to directly look for all the details that I need. It's super useful to have everything related to the trip, like cars, trains, airplanes, and accommodations, in one place, which the company directly assumes, so I don't have to handle expenses and reimbursements myself. I also like that they managed to accommodate specific needs like better comfort due to my knee and back injuries. Overall, I find it quite convenient, even if sometimes it's not the best price.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes, there are options elsewhere that are cheaper than in Perk, but it's still convenient since it's the system my company uses.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to schedule travel, find all trip details in one platform, and avoid manual expenses and reimbursements. It's user intuitive, making everything related to trips easier.

  ### 46. Effortless Travel Management with Perk

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Perpetua G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I appreciate Perk's user-friendly UX, which is really easy to use and simple to navigate. I also love their customer service option where I can chat with agents on the platform, and they usually immediately reply, which puts me at ease. Additionally, the setup is super easy; it's integrated into our dashboards within the office, making it easy to initiate it on our system.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think one of the things that could definitely improve is the choice of flights. If you're booking a flight and comparing it with something like Skyscanner, sometimes Perk doesn't have the flights or hours that you need. Having more variety of options would be great. It would also be beneficial if they could provide a comparison between what you get from other platforms to what they are offering. There's quite a mismatch between what Perk is offering and what we get from other platforms.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk as an all-in-one platform to quickly book my travel, accommodation, and transport, solving my time problem with its end-to-end service.

The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to find my reservations, help, and the necessary personal information. In terms of ease of use, I would say that Perk does it very well.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I have no comments. For now, everything is fine.

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Account Executive – Inside Sales EMEA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the UI of Perk; it's really strong and easy to use. I appreciate that I can book things myself and then send them for approval instead of having someone else do it, because there's just too many details that they might not understand about what I actually like. It's really clean and minimal, so I can see exactly what I want to do and also find the best options. Perk really simplifies the process, so I don't need to rely on others for bookings, and I have confidence that I'm locking down the best prices and times that work for me. It lets me personalize my travel and have more control over details like venues.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think just giving more train plus hotel times, you know, hotels that are closer to the train stations with the destination would work better for me. I can see those combinations.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk simplifies travel bookings, allowing me to book flights, trains, and hotels myself without relying on others. It lets me choose what suits my schedule and confidently lock in prices and times. I can personalize my travel and get more control over my plans.

It’s super easy to use and everything is in one place. The interface is clear, and you can manage team flights, approvals, and related tasks without hassle. It’s also easy to make changes and request updates when needed.

**What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?**

Nothing really comes to mind. The only issue I ran into once was that I couldn’t change one of my one-way flights to a different carrier, but I assume that was an airline restriction rather than a Perk issue.

**What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can have and manage all of our travel in one place, no need for reimbursement requests.
