Having to go through Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is a bit more of a hassle for me since I've been capable of finding flights and hotels myself. When the trip changes, I've run into issues where the rental car or something else doesn't automatically update or alert me to update it myself. It's frustrating that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) sometimes shows worse prices than I find online or doesn't have the flight route at all. The flight comparison tool isn't entirely comprehensive of all flights. For example, when booking a round-trip train ticket, if you select one company for the outbound trip, it doesn't allow you to choose a different one for the return. You have to book them separately.
