"A good platform to organize my business trips"
4/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

UI is clean and seems easy to understand.

The organization of trips grouping different bookings is very helpful to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Sometime the organization of Trips can get messy, as the managers have to clean up past events to avoid popping up on the proposed trips all the time.

Sometimes the display of the full trip can take more than a page, so scrolling to read all the bookings might be anoying. A condensed view option would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Fast Booking for Hotels, Flights & Trains with Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Its easy and quick to use, particularly for booking hotels, flights and trains. Their support team are available for any booking issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It doesn't always offer all types of transport eg. coaches. Sometimes there is a more direct coach to an airport, for example, and it doesn't give that option. Also, sometimes it can be a bit clunky to use - for example the app only offers an option for return train tickets when I wanted to purchase a single. Fortunately the webversion offers all options. "Streamlined Business Travel, Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like using Perk(formerly TravelPerk) for my business trips because it's relatively easy to use. Booking tickets, hotels, and trains is simple, so I don’t have to worry about my trip. I appreciate being able to see if someone from my company has stayed in a hotel before. The support from TravelPerk is great—I like how the problems I had were solved. Overall, I like the application and found the initial setup easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Last time I was not able to use mobile app offline, just to see my already existing bookings. There is no possibility to find connecting flights if they are done not by the same provider. Sometimes using different providers is much cheaper, so I have to book just separate flights. I don't very like that there are no options to filter past trips by date. It would be easier, if I am not sure in which place I have stayed in October 2022. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Travel Booking with the Perk App and Loyalty Membership Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Very easy to use and navigate website for hotels and rail travel. I like the option of being able to use and select using existing loyalty memberships. The real upside now for me is the Perk App which i'm able to use on the move with rail tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The least helpful aspect is often the search for hotels and trains is limited with the results. For instance for hotels it would be good to have more inital filters for a wider range of results from the original destination. It would also be very helpful to have 'via' selection for rail travel - this is a downside when selecting the train service i require Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Business Travelers, Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I have been using Perk for business trips over the last five years and have only had good experiences with it. I like that it offers prices that are fair and aligned with the market. The interface is very easy to use, making it simple to choose between flights and hotels, which helps ensure a smooth work trip. I also love the support provided whenever it's needed, and setting up the platform was very easy as we just needed to log in with our business email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I wish Perk could make better suggestions on the times of flights, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to Use With Great Travel Filters, but Premium Fees and Refund Follow-Ups Not So Great"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the simplicity for the user. There are great filters to help pick the best travel options for your trip. It's easy to manage our users and payment profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Paying a premium for every transaction, only to not get it back unless you follow up with support when the error was Perk's fault.

I've also had a few times where I've had to do a lot of legwork for customer support to finally help me and see that there was a better solution than giving us 80% back in credit.

I also dislike that you cannot track transactions by trip number, which makes tracking payments so much more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Travel Management with Easy Bookings"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) for booking hotels and flights for trips mainly to Munich and Berlin, and I love how it has a great native SSO integration that allows me to easily book flight tickets. One of the most important aspects is the feature for making events, where I can create an event in the app or on the website, and it allows everyone in my team to book flight tickets and hotels on their own. Plus, I can see which teammates booked which flights or hotels, so we can coordinate to stay in the same hotel or book the same flight or around similar times. This feature lets me directly connect with my teammates for travel plans. Also, the process is streamlined as the money for bookings is entirely debited from my company's account, which is a hassle-free experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

There's a little bit of clarity issues with the FlexiPerk option. If I book and then cancel, it says a 10% deduction is made, but we're not informed how much money was actually reimbursed to the company. It would be better if employees also knew how much money got wasted for a particular booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, policy-friendly business travel"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The most helpful thing about Perk is how incredibly user-friendly it is, making it easy to find flights and hotels that automatically fit within our company policy. The automated approval process completely eliminates the hassle of back-and-forth emails, saving a ton of time for both travelers and managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

While the platform is great for policy tracking, the room and flight pricing can sometimes be higher than what you find booking directly with airlines or hotels. Additionally, because it acts as a third-party broker, it can sometimes be difficult to collect your regular hotel loyalty points or get immediate customer support when a booking glitch happens. "Easy Travel Booking with Strong Team Controls"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It gives me control over my team booking travel. Before Perk the team would book travel without authorisation even though that was the policy. Perk enforces controls which is what I need.

Plus the system is easy to use, the prices are reasonable and my contacts at Perk are always quite helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I haven't got any major problems with it. we mainly only use the travel booking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
