"Seamless Travel Management with Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I really like the mobile app for Perk (formerly TravelPerk). I can do everything from my phone, like booking flights and arranging event schedules, which is great because I have everything tracked on my phone. I also appreciate their super nice and attentive support team, who respond quickly and politely. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to find what I need, whether it's booking flights, finding company information, or submitting details, the whole approval process is easy. The reporting capacity is also great, and I really like the virtual Visa card feature; it's fantastic. The setup was simple too, thanks to their guide. I could put my flights in one place, and it was easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

What I think could be improved maybe is the feature when searching for flights. Sometimes the algorithm works weird. So to find the same it's kind of complicated at some points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Easy UI and Excellent Support—But Booking Options Can Feel Limited"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Customer support was over the top with continous updates about the progress of my issue. UI is modern, performant, and easy to use. The options might be very limited depending on your company's policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Most limiting factor is the company policy, not necessarily the app itself. For my specific booking I selected a room type, that then was booked differently at the hotel. Unclear if it was Perks or the Hotels fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward, Policy-Compliant Booking That Fits Seamlessly Into Our Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It's straightforward to find hotel rooms, trains and flights that also adhere to the company policy we have for booking. The system integrates well into our setup and that makes it easy for me to book work trips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It would be good if there was an automated approach to getting hotel invoices after a stay at a hotel made out to our company. This can sometimes be a struggle with some hotels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Efficient, and Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the intuitive platform of Perk (formerly TravelPerk) with a great UX, both for admins and users. The excellent support is also a highlight. I appreciate the very good collaboration with our account manager and the very good product team that constantly develops the platform and features further. The analyses and dashboards are very good, and it is easy to book trips for employees and adhere to travel policies. The initial setup was super clear, simple, and easy to understand. There is an integration with our HRIS for employee data and a connection to SSO for seamless login. Overall, we don't need a long onboarding process because many of our employees use Perk and the policies are already integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

What we are still waiting for is CO2 budgets (currently only for cost centers), and also the admin functions in the mobile app. Currently, the admin functionalities (booking for others, etc.) are only available via the browser/laptop, having everything in the mobile app would be super helpful.
