I appreciate the very good collaboration with our account manager and the very good product team that constantly develops the platform and features further. The analyses and dashboards are very good, and it is easy to book trips for employees and adhere to travel policies. The initial setup was super clear, simple, and easy to understand. There is an integration with our HRIS for employee data and a connection to SSO for seamless login. What we are still waiting for is CO2 budgets (currently only for cost centers), and also the admin functions in the mobile app. Currently, the admin functionalities (booking for others, etc.) are only available via the browser/laptop, having everything in the mobile app would be super helpful.
