"Perk’s Simple, Intuitive Design Makes Travel Management Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the simplicity and intuitive design of Perk. It is easy to navigate, quickly find the required information, and manage travel arrangements efficiently from one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

One area that could be improved is how booking information is presented in the app. After making a booking, it would be helpful if key details such as hotel information and reservation details were more visible directly on the main screen. Currently, some information can only be found by opening notifications, which is not always obvious at first. Making important travel details easier to access would improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perk App Makes My Travel and Hotel Bookings Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I recently started using the Perk app. Previously, I had to book my own travel and hotels, submit an expense claim, and then wait to be reimbursed in my next salary.

Now, I don't have to worry about submitting or forgetting expense claims. I simply open the app, search for travel or hotels that are within the company's policy, and make the booking. The request is sent for approval, and once it's approved, everything is taken care of - no more expense claims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like almost all of the features, but there are a couple of minor issues. For example, adding tickets to my Android Wallet from the app doesn't work.

Also, I previously used Trainline for train travel, and it provided real-time journey updates and information about delay refunds. Those features seem to be missing from the current Perk app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perk: A modern tool that really works"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I am very satisfied with Perk. It is an extremely fast and reliable tool, and that makes daily travel management much simpler and frictionless. The platform responds swiftly even during peak demand times, maintaining a consistent experience.

It also stands out for its ease of use and the efficiency of its processes, which allows me to save time on comparisons, bookings, and incident management. In my experience, it is a solid and well-optimized solution for teams that need speed and confidence in their operations.

Overall, I consider it a highly recommendable tool for any company seeking efficiency and reliability in corporate travel management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

In general, the experience is very positive, although there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, the resident discount on islands is not automated, which requires it to be managed manually and adds unnecessary friction to the booking process. "User-Friendly Design, Fast Performance, and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the design and how easy it is to use. It’s very user-friendly, without any complicated clicks or interactions. I also like the integration that allows the user to book everything from one place, and being able to customise a trip name is a nice touch. Usually it’s fast, and I didn’t face any lag. Regarding the price, it’s decent—better than most platforms. I also like the support: they immediately email you, or ask to send the money back in case of a delay. One thing I’d like to see more of is AI integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Sometimes the flight prices are quite a bit more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive UX and Best-in-Class Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

There are a two things that I like about Perk:

Ease of use. The UX is impressive.

The support is probably the best I have experienced in 25 years of travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I find the pricing a little high. As budgets are strained, I find that prices going direct are better - but... saying that, you pay for what you get. And the service is impressive, so the 'fee' is expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good solution for managing business trips. All-in-one (almost)"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Easy search, real prices (mostly), possibility to filter in the search, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

1) Ouigo is missing on the trains. 2) Especially in flights, not being able to search for more days (for example +/- 1 day; +/- 2 days, it would be good to see the travel options to a destination for an entire week for example); 3) You cannot group all the purchases of a "trip" as if it were a folder or repository; the only way to group it is by buying it at the same time, which is often not possible; 4) That it is not possible to change the name of a "trip" or purchase already made; this is absurd because the purchase already has an associated ID, the name you give it yourself is not necessary and is only for your own use. "Streamlined Global Travel Management :)"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I really appreciate the synergy and consolidation that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) provides as it is really helpful for reporting and analysis. Having the ability to manage data in a consolidated way for real-time tracking without having to worry is fantastic. The integration with our accounting and financial processes is already set up in the system allowing us to connect each expense to specific cost centers and payment cards, which helps us control cash flow better. The connection with different providers worldwide is a good benefit and the platform's usability is appreciated. The initial setup was smooth and through time, we've been learning to take more advantage, and this has made us happy and continue our experience. We've also had a good customer service experience, overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Our biggest pain at the moment is not having individual users access to the platform. So we currently have admins running the travels for the rest of the team. But we would like also the team to have a simplified view with no extra cost where they can access their profile and see their past and planned travels. Like, if they could have their own individual historical information on the platform and just access it in a view mode. No need or space to make changes because we have an admin team that does that. "All-in-One Trip Booking With Smooth Web & Mobile Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Being able to so easily book hotels and flights and cabs all in a single trip. I travel often and everything starts with creating a trip and basically adding components to the trips - right from trains from my city to airport, hotels and flights. Has a mobile app as well that helps me stay up to date with flight changes. Web and Mobile both work very smooth. Perk support has always been available when required - one call away whenever there are issues with airlines or hotels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Flight search experience could be better. Sometimes, we search for some flights and the airline changes the flight in the background and is not reflected automatically in the background. This could be further polished Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Navigate in the Browser, with Solid Search and Filters Overall and Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The search and filter options still have room for improvement, but overall they work well. I also find it easier to use and navigate the product in a browser than on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Vastly different results depending on whether you use the app on your phone or the browser.

The search results will appear to fit my budget, but then during the booking process—or even once I select an offer—the price suddenly ends up out of budget.

I always reserve seats whenever possible when I travel. Even though it says that if you don’t select a specific seat, a seat will be reserved for you, I’ve had the problem several times now that I ended up with no seat reservation.

The search and filter options could also be a lot better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Flight Booking and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like how easy is to book flights and then manage my booking, just by selecting my destination and dates I get several options to choose from, when I needed support changing a reservation or similar I always received promtly help or a response to my enquiry, the integration with the mobile app is reliable, I received real time updates of the status of my flight, this helped me a lot, saving me a lot of time since I don't have to open my laptop to check this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

This is not a regular thing, but it happened a couple of times when I required support changing a flight date, the app was waiting for my confirmation of the new price, but this was sent in an email on saturday,, after a while I contacted them, that's when I found about the email.
