## Perk(formerly TravelPerk) Reviews
 ### 1. Perk Streamlines Travel Automation with Powerful Reporting and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily Y. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk has made my work life exponentially better and more streamlined. Travel plans are now automated and I was able to integrate our travel policies into our system, including cost parameters when approval is required. The reporting function has enabled us to make informed decisions when it comes to travel budgeting. Support is second-to-none. I have specifically worked with Trevor O. and Michael W. and would recommend working with them to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The one function that I would love to see added is the ability to book hotel rooms using a corporate / block code that we sometimes receive when we are attending conferences.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Reduction of manual effort = time saver for me
2. Automated travel policy guidelines (if outside of policy, approver is alerted) = another time saver for me!
3. Numerous ways to reach support / Quality of support = time/sanity saver for me!
4. Reporting functions = informs strategy and planning!

 ### 2. Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Perks and Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbie W. | Campaign Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

the variety of perks and rewards available on Perk is very good. I especially like the net pay perk where you can purchase home & electricals through your net salary. the website is very easy to use and navigate, it is quick to use making redeeming your rewards quick and easy. the onboarding process was simple and if I had any queries or questions I could easily chat to the AI assistant to help me find the answers to my questions, if not I was put through to an agent for help. The pricing of benefits and rewards seems fair as there is no interest charged on the net pay reward scheme for example and the integrations are widely varied.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I would like to see more gym companies available through Perk, there was alot more localised gyms in the old benefits/rewards scheme we used and this is something I think Perk could expand on.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes it easy and simple for me to gain points to spend on rewards and things I love, it also keeps everything in one place meaning I don't have to route through to find a discount for something I want to purchase or save with cashback.

 ### 3. Facilitate Travel Booking, But Needs to Improve New Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mónica M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the ease of accessing Perk, whether through the web or on mobile. I also value the flexibility to book tickets in terms of time and schedule, as well as being able to choose the company. The experience of using Perk to book business trips is like planning a vacation. The platform makes it much easier to book trips compared to other platforms I've used in the past. Having the information at hand and receiving notifications about flight updates is also very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The events feature is still very much in its infancy. We tried to use it in the past, I think it was just in beta. They mentioned it to us so we would use it before the launch, but it really didn't work. They set some base hotel rates, but the person in charge of the concierge told us there were higher rates due to an event in Barcelona, and offered us higher rates than what we could find on our own. That experience didn't encourage us to use that feature.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Perk to book travel for all employees in various countries. The platform is easy to use, both on the web and mobile, and offers time flexibility and company options. Booking trips is much easier with Perk than with other platforms.

 ### 4. A good platform to organize my business trips

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo A. | Deal Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

UI is clean and seems easy to understand.
The organization of trips grouping different bookings is very helpful to me.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometime the organization of Trips can get messy, as the managers have to clean up past events to avoid popping up on the proposed trips all the time.
Sometimes the display of the full trip can take more than a page, so scrolling to read all the bookings might be anoying. A condensed view option would be nice.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking easily my business trips, mainly train, plane and hotel.
The few times I had to interact with the team of Perk the problem was solved pretty quickly and in a good manner.
Managing the Google calendar events in my agenda is very useful to see my upcoming trips without the need of opening Perk.

 ### 5. TravelPerk has potential, but falls shorts in some areas for business travel booking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alphonse T. | Senior Manager, Global Communications, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The rebranding has included an improved interface that is easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Doesn't always have the most accurate or updated travel options for regional trains or non-flight modes.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my organization, which is international and requires travel on a fairly regular basis, TravelPerk allows our operations and accounting a straightforward means to manage the expenses and costs of employee travel. On the user end, it also allows us as employees to book work travel on corporate payment methods without having to provide out of pocket costs, and allows users to do all of the booking (transport and accommodations) in one interface and streamlines our ability to know what trip options fit within company policies and budgets. TravelPerk - despite its UX and process-related shortcomings - ultimately aims to save time for employees and companies and increase the convenience of work-related travel logistics.

 ### 6. Easy, Fast Booking for Hotels, Flights & Trains with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe M. | Connect Delivery Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Its easy and quick to use, particularly for booking hotels, flights and trains. Their support team are available for any booking issues.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

It doesn't always offer all types of transport eg. coaches. Sometimes there is a more direct coach to an airport, for example, and it doesn't give that option. Also, sometimes it can be a bit clunky to use - for example the app only offers an option for return train tickets when I wanted to purchase a single. Fortunately the webversion offers all options.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have contacted travelperk when I stuggled to book a hotel repeatedly and they explained that it has gone out of stock. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do to resolve this as it was available to purchase through other retailers but they offered a tailored approach to find an alternative for me as many hotels were fully booked.

 ### 7. Dedicated Account Manager and Prompt, Thoughtful Perk Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin J. | Travel Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Having a dedicated account manager has been incredibly valuable, particularly for overall travel program management, industry insight, and vendor connections. The Perk support team has also been fantastic to work with: consistently prompt, professional, and thoughtful in their approach. Every agent I’ve interacted with has taken the time to prioritize requests and follow through until each issue is fully resolved. I truly appreciate the level of care and responsiveness they bring, especially knowing the volume of requests they handle daily.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

At times there can be a slight delay between airline systems and the platform syncing reservation details. Because of this, we occasionally confirm booking information directly through the airline’s app first to ensure everything is reflected correctly. While this hasn’t created major issues, closer synchronization between airline systems and the platform would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk has helped centralize and streamline our travel booking process, allowing our teams to book flights, hotels, and rental cars within a single platform while still maintaining visibility and policy controls. This has significantly improved efficiency for both travelers and our travel management team. The platform provides transparency into bookings, spend, and traveler activity, which allows us to better manage travel budgets, support travelers quickly when changes arise, and maintain consistency across our travel program. Overall, it has simplified travel coordination and created a more organized, scalable approach to managing company travel.

 ### 8. Easy to Use with Smooth Integrations, Fast Support, and Smart AI Route Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iain S. | Warehouse and Logistics Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

It’s very easy to use, and the added app integration makes the check-in process much smoother.

I’ve also had to use the support option to add a less well-known railcard, and it was added very quickly.

The suggested routes using AI are a great feature, as it can surface better options for your trip.

I also find the way it displays costs really helpful. In particular, the “remove out of policy” option means the price shown is limited to what you can actually book.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Performance can sometimes be a bit slow, but unless you’re really in a massive rush to book, it’s not really a problem.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a good range of options across different types of travel, which makes it easy to find something that fits what I need.

 ### 9. Useful Map View, but UK Ticket Booking Is Slow and Pricing Suggestions Miss the Mark

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen B. | Lead Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The app is particularly useful and the map view when booking is nice too

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

It can take an extraordinarily long time to book train tickets in the UK, significantly slower than other apps like trainline etc
There's always a push to buy perk insurance/cover/idk what it is for totally inappropriate things like a £10 train ticket
it doesn't always suggest the best pricing for flights e.g. it will suggest a ticket that is £500 more that has free seat selection but seats are less than £100 each way (i know that's not perks fault, but would expect it to not suggest that perhaps?)

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to book and I can see when my reports book anything and it allows them to do it without my approval but remain informed

 ### 10. Streamlined Travel Booking with Competitive Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie R. | Senior Finance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate the user interface; it's great and very easy for team members to use. I like that we're able to get competitive rates on flights, so it feels like we're not compromising on costs. Being a charity, getting competitive pricing is crucial for us. I also appreciate their responsiveness, as we always receive very quick responses when we have questions or need help with hotel bookings for off-site events. It's also great that the platform's set up process was very easy and straightforward, with no problems during onboarding, making it super simple to teach the team how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

When we started using Perk, booking trains was not as competitive as booking flights. It was usually possible to get fares that were much better on different websites, so if the prices seemed high on Perk, we encouraged team members to check other websites and book directly for reimbursement, which was an extra step. Another minor challenge was that sometimes somebody would book a flight, and by the time it was approved, the flight was no longer available. This required additional coordination, which was kind of frustrating because it's one of the main problems Perk solves for us, but it doesn't happen all that often.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows employees to book their own travel at convenient times without upfront costs, reducing coordination hassles. The ease of use and competitive flight rates also support our cost-effective travel needs. It also makes finding a venue for our annual all-team offsite much easier, since we can give the concierge a list of requirements and get suitable hotels, saving our team hours of research.

 ### 11. Simplifies Business Travel, Yet App Compatibility Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Livia P. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that with Perk, I can see where my coworkers are staying, so we can stay in the same hotel and not have hotel breakfast alone. The map functionality to find hotels in a specific location is really useful. The initial setup was extremely easy; the admin created my account, and I could purchase tickets and add luggage and passport information right away.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I literally had to buy a new phone because Perk stopped supporting my older phone. Using the mobile web is kind of a hassle. Because the app is so great, it was hard to downgrade to web.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to easily arrange business travels with coworkers, finding cheap flights and shared hotels. I love the map feature for locating convenient hotels, and setting up was a breeze, it was all ready on my first day at work, which is also the day I had to make a business trip.

 ### 12. Efficient Travel Management with Minor Currency and Booking Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) provides a proper audit trail of spend and makes it easy to allocate costs to different cost centers. It offers very clear approval lines, ensuring that bookings require manager approval, which streamlines our processes. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to review and approve expenses that break the boundaries. The feature that allows searching personal policies for booking is quite beneficial. Perk(formerly TravelPerk) automates a lot without the need for meetings or conversations, enabling one-click approvals for multiple bookings, which is a huge time-saver. It also auto applies preapproved discounts and deals with hotels, eliminating the need for manual email negotiations. The setup of Perk was simple, and it's evolved with us since the TravelPerk days. The changes in policy features were really cool and easy to upload. I appreciate how it integrates with Xero to help with accounting. Having about 500 people in the company, Perk has been super useful, especially during our annual trips. It's nice that Perk has continued to be useful over time, providing insights into booking trends and maintaining agreements with partners.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I do think that the fact that we are a South African based company and it works in euros does make it quite uncomfortable. I mean, it does have a rand conversion, but it's never as clear as the euro ones or the pricing fluctuates a bit more on the rand one, which is weird. I've seen it a couple of times. The other bit is the multi booking and the ability to be able to book multiple bookings, but if people are staying different days, different times under one booking, to be able to do that. So custom per individual, that would make it a lot easier because currently, if you do that, you have to do each booking individually instead of doing a group booking. And getting the benefit of a group booking. I would say those are the biggest things that have been a bit frustrating from my side.

**Recommendations to others considering Perk(formerly TravelPerk):**

Try it and never look back.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk simplifies travel management with approval lines, better accounting, no manual interventions, and personalized policies. It enables one-click authorizations, minimal conversations, and provides an audit trail. The setup was easier than using an agency, and it integrates with Xero for accounting.

 ### 13. Comprehensive Itinerary Management with Minor Pricing Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie S. | Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like being able to see the whole itinerary in one go and book everything at once, like the train, airport, hotel, taxi, and the return leg. The automated onboarding process was also very easy for me. I just had to input my passport number and a few loyalty numbers to accumulate points, which was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Maybe, some of the transparency around pricing changes, but, obviously, they can't control that as much because that's airlines changing it. But sometimes when I go to check out, like, a few times, in the space of five minutes, the airline fare has expired. We need to go through the whole process again. Very irritating, but it is what it is.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for train travel and hotel bookings, which allows me to see my whole itinerary and book it all in one go, including the train, airport transfers, and the return leg.

 ### 14. Simple, Accessible Employee Benefits with Practical Everyday Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergiu N. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

What do you like best about Perk?

What I like best about Perk is how simple and accessible it makes employee benefits. The platform is very easy to use, and employees can quickly see what discounts and offers are available without needing much guidance.

The savings are also practical — they’re on brands and services people actually use in everyday life, which makes the benefit feel relevant and valuable rather than just a “nice extra.” It’s something that genuinely helps with day-to-day expenses.

From an employer perspective, it’s straightforward to manage and doesn’t create additional administrative pressure. Once implemented, it runs smoothly and offers a fair benefit that everyone can access, which supports engagement and morale across the workforce.

Overall, it’s a simple but effective way to add value for employees.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

One area that could be improved is the variety of offers in certain categories. While the platform covers many popular brands, sometimes the discounts may not always feel tailored to every employee demographic.

In addition, some offers require a few extra steps to redeem, which can occasionally cause confusion for first-time users. Clearer guidance or more streamlined redemption processes would make the experience even smoother.

That said, these are relatively minor points and don’t take away from the overall value of the platform.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk helps address the challenge of offering meaningful benefits without significantly increasing costs. In environments where budgets are tight, especially when managing large teams, it can be difficult to provide additional incentives or financial rewards.

By giving employees access to everyday discounts and savings, Perk provides added value without adding heavy administrative work or financial strain on the business. It supports employee engagement and morale by showing that the company is investing in their wellbeing.

It also helps with fairness and inclusivity, as all employees can access the platform, rather than benefits being limited to certain roles or performance levels.

Overall, it’s a practical solution for improving employee satisfaction in a cost-effective and manageable way.

 ### 15. Decentralized, Self-Serve Travel Booking with Clear Guardrails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie H. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk has decentralized travel bookings across the organization, removing a key operational bottleneck and ensuring continuity when I’m out of office. Teams are now empowered to self-serve within clear guardrails, reducing risk and improving speed of execution.

The Team:

Kevin made the initial sales process easy and seamless. He provided all the necessary information and data upfront, which enabled our team to evaluate the solution efficiently and make a timely, informed decision.

Jatohn led a simple and straightforward implementation that required minimal lift on our side. He also delivered a live training session for our broader team that was very well received — teammates specifically commented on how clear and easy the platform was to understand.

Maddy has provided excellent ongoing customer success support. She is responsive, proactive, and great to work with. She also facilitated additional training sessions focused on the events page, which were insightful and helped us unlock new ways of sharing information that we previously weren’t leveraging.

Overall, the experience from sales through implementation and ongoing support has been smooth, efficient, and well-supported.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

We’ve only recently onboarded to the platform, so at this stage we haven’t encountered anything we actively dislike. So far, I really appreciate the modern UX, and the feedback from our users has been that it’s intuitive and simple to use, which has made adoption easy across the organization.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk is enabling us to decentralize travel booking while maintaining visibility and cost control. Teams can now book independently within policy guardrails, which reduces bottlenecks, saves administrative time, and improves efficiency across the organization.

 ### 16. Intuitive and Reliable Travel Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor E. | Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that the app is easy to use and everything is quite concise and easy to navigate. I can access my tickets from the app, which means I don't have to worry about going to my work email and downloading tickets separately. It's all on my phone, so everything is conveniently there. The app gives a good breakdown of what's in policy, what's out of policy, and what my options are. Also, the hotel search is really precise, and I can make sure I get a good stay out of it.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes it can be a little annoying when you have to worry about prepayments and stuff like that and what card it's using and that type of thing.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to pay for travel and hotels for myself and my team. It's easy to navigate, access my tickets, and see a breakdown of policies and options. Hotel search results are precise, ensuring I get a good stay.

 ### 17. User-Friendly Perk with Seamless Adoption and Outstanding Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

We love how user-friendly Perk is. Our travelers adopted the program seamlessly and rarely require assistance navigating the site. The onboarding process couldn’t have been easier thanks to Emily and Sarah, who were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our success. They even led a training session tailored specifically to our company’s needs. Since implementing Perk, we’ve saved countless hours now that we no longer have to act as the middleman for technical questions.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

So far, Perk has been great. One minor inconvenience we’ve noted is the approval workflow: once a traveler submits a trip, the approver cannot make any adjustments. Currently, the entire trip must be rejected and restarted from scratch, which can be a bit tedious for minor edits.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes it easy to keep travel within company policy. Rather than a set dollar amount, we can cap reservations at a percentage above the median price. This flexible approach feels much fairer to our travelers and encourages them to stay within policy. Plus, because the platform is so intuitive, we spend significantly less time troubleshooting or contacting support.

 ### 18. Really simplifies business travel!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HUGO P. | Finance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

is how easy it makes the whole travel process. From booking to managing changes, everything is very straightforward and doesn’t feel complicated at all. It saves a lot of time compared to more traditional tools.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

If I had to point out something, I’d say that sometimes the options available aren’t as broad as you’d expect, especially for certain routes or hotels. There are moments when prices feel a bit higher compared to booking directly.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes managing business travel much simpler by keeping everything in one place. It saves us time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to track costs and bookings without going back and forth between different tools.

 ### 19. Practical and user-friendly with room for improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merve D. | Sales Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really liked that all relevant information was visible in the Perk app (formerly TravelPerk), especially the transparency of flight information and hotel information. I found it very convenient that everything was in one place instead of having to rummage through emails, as I don't store my emails in folders. This was particularly helpful for a person like me who is more 'on the go'. I also found the clean design very appealing.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I found it unfortunate that the conference I booked was not visible in the app, because I then always had to handle it separately with emails. That was a bit annoying. Perhaps integrating loyalty programs and some discount cards. For example, there was a kind of discount opportunity at a hotel if you wanted to have coffee at the bar downstairs. But you had to register separately via email, and I found that a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it convenient that Perk (formerly TravelPerk) gathers all the important information in one place, so I don't have to search through emails.

 ### 20. Streamlined Travel Management with Room for Pricing Transparency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beatriz G. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate how Perk offers a centralized way to manage all travel-related information while ensuring adherence to travel policies. The approval workflows are a huge value add, making it easy to manage requests and budgets. The system's straightforward and easy-to-navigate interface simplifies onboarding new employees who need to manage travel. I find it incredibly useful that all travel-related information, like passport and visa details, is centralized. It acts as a hub for organizing travel and ensuring we get the best prices, which is also beneficial for managing budgets and cost centers. Overall, the experience is streamlined, from setting up policies to fulfilling travel needs efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I sometimes doubt if the prices on Perk are actually the lowest we can get. Providing better clarity or visibility on how the prices compare to those outside the platform would be good, as this would build trust and assurance that we are getting the best deals.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Perk provides a centralized way to manage travel, ensures policy adherence, and simplifies approvals. It organizes travel info, making onboarding easy, and helps manage budgets and cost centers efficiently.

 ### 21. Seamless Travel Automation for Growing Companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariano C. | Customer success manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I found it really easy to use Perk for finding the tickets I needed. It was a seamless experience, and having guidelines from my company on how much I could spend on the tickets made it even better. Everything being automated meant I spent only about five minutes looking for the best ticket. I just submitted the ticket I wanted, and my company took care of the rest, which was really nice. All the needed information, like flight details and codes to show at the airport, was right there in the app. I also received email reminders, so I never forgot any reservation details. As a user, everything was simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't have any negative feedback to share from my experience as an end-user

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to handle company travel expenses easily, automating the ticket buying process, which was manual before. It saves time by simplifying ticket searches and purchases, provides a seamless and quick experience, and keeps all travel info accessible.

 ### 22. Streamlined Travel Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajin J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really appreciate how Perk(formerly TravelPerk) has made managing bookings so much easier for me. I used to handle all the laborious tasks of managing bookings on my own, but now everything is taken care of for me. What I like the most is the ease of resolving issues. For example, I once had to cancel some bookings due to last-minute changes, and the customer care was super helpful. They sorted everything out over a call, and I received the refund in a matter of days, way beyond my past experiences with other agencies. It was just a smooth experience for me, which was a huge upgrade. Additionally, getting started with Perk was a breeze. I didn't work on the implementation, but adapting to it was no challenge at all. I got an email to log in, created a password, and started using it without any issues. It fit like a glove and was just so smooth.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I can't think of much, but in some cases, the prices for flights and hotels on Perk aren't as competitive as what you can get on some travel aggregators like Booking.com or Agoda. Maybe if Perk can be a little more competitive in pricing, that would be a cherry on the top.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to streamline booking and expense processes, eliminating manual booking, invoicing, and approval hassles. It's a one-stop solution that lets me focus on work without worrying about travel logistics, making the whole process smoother.

 ### 23. Streamlines Group Travel With Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudio Roberto F. | C++ Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I really find Perk easy to use and fast when searching for flights. It's great to have all travel information in a single place. For my trips from Amsterdam, Perk even supported booking train tickets to the airport, which was super convenient. I also appreciate that it accommodates company policies for flights and hotels. Creating events and coordinating with a group is a breeze, as everything is automatically shared within the group, eliminating the need to use separate channels for coordination. The initial setup was super simple, and with SSO, it's even easier now.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I missed having the option of upgrading on my personal resources easily. That required me to get the flight details and reach out to the airline directly, which wasn't the easiest always. It would be nice if Perk had an option for me to supplement the company policy if I wanted to splurge on premium economy or even business. Or to get a better hotel room, again on my expenses.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to streamline booking work trips, making it easy to search flights, compare prices, handle payments, and coordinate group travel. It centralizes travel plans and aligns with company policies, which simplifies planning and ensures compliance.

 ### 24. Makes Business Travel Simple with Great Support and Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignacio C. | Finance manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is that it makes business travel simple and convenient. I like being able to book, change, and manage trips in one place, with good support and plenty of travel options

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I dislike about Perk is that booking changes and support can be slow, and sometimes the options or prices are not as good as booking directly. I also wish the confirmations and system syncing were more reliable

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces scattered booking tools, spreadsheets, and manual follow-up with one workflow.

It helps teams manage travel, expenses, policies, and invoice payments in one place.

It gives finance teams real-time visibility into budgets, compliance, and booking trends.

It reduces “shadow work,” like chasing receipts, rebooking trips, and reconciling spend.

 ### 25. Convenient Travel Bookings with Room for Price Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is very easy to use, which makes booking travel for work hassle-free. I appreciate the ability to book stays, cars, and flights all in one place at reasonable prices. The feature that lets me view a map of available stays helps me easily choose a location that suits my preferences. I really like how simple it becomes to book multi-stop flights and the fact that I can still earn loyalty points on flights and some hotels is a definite plus. The initial setup was very easy, adding to a great overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Flights are often more expensive than booking directly. Many times I have booked rooms that indicate loyalty points can be earned but once I check in, I am told they cannot be earned since I booked through a third party.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk allows me to book all in one place at reasonable prices, making travel planning easier.

 ### 26. Convenient, Comprehensive Travel Booking with Quick Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anya Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I love that Perk is a one-stop shop where I can easily toggle between features like price and airline, making booking decisions much easier and faster. It's really convenient in many ways, and I don't have to sift through so much data to find what I'm looking for. I can select my price range and preferred airline and narrow down departure times from there. Plus, I appreciate that it shows the company-approved stipend, so I won't accidentally book an airline that's too costly. The customer service quickly helps with any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Not all hotel options are available on Perk(formerly TravelPerk) and also most purchases are non-refundable which can be a headache if you have to make last minute cancellations due to illness, injury, etc.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I avoid using my personal card for bookings and get quick customer service help. It's a one-stop shop, making booking easy and fast. I can narrow options by price and airline, and see company-approved stipends to avoid costly mistakes.

 ### 27. Clean, Clutter-Free Design That Makes Perk Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ram S. | Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The best part for me is how clean the app is. I’ve used other apps that are super cluttered and confusing, but Perk is easy to navigate. I can find what I’m looking for in two taps and get on with my day.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

At times, the pricing shown here can be a little different from what I see when I go directly to an airline’s site, which is somewhat confusing. Also, when I’m browsing hotels, I really wish there were more guest reviews available right in the app, so I wouldn’t have to search on my phone separately just to confirm a place is actually decent before booking.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away the headache of “shadow work”—the annoying stuff like chasing down receipts and waiting days for travel approvals. It’s been a real benefit for me because once I book a trip, the invoice goes straight to my company. I no longer have to keep a folder stuffed with paper receipts or spend my Friday afternoons manually filling out expense reports.

 ### 28. Smooth and Hassle-Free Business Travel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun C. | It Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

What I like most about Perk is how simple and smooth the interface is. Booking and managing travel feels very straightforward, even when traveling internationally. I’ve used Perk for trips to Munich, Valencia, and the UK, and everything from booking to expense handling worked reliably without extra steps. The clean design makes it easy to find what you need quickly, which saves time and reduces friction when planning or updating travel.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes the available travel options can feel a bit limited compared to booking directly with airlines or hotels. Having more flexibility or additional filters would make it easier to compare options, especially for international trips.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Perk, I had to book travel manually, collect invoices, and upload them separately for reimbursement, which took a lot of time and effort. Perk solves this by bringing booking and expense handling into one platform. Now everything is tracked automatically, invoices are easy to access, and reimbursements are much smoother. This has removed a lot of hassle and significantly reduced admin work, especially for international trips.

 ### 29. Streamlined Business Travel with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria A. | Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk is very easy to use. I can modify my bookings easily, and the mobile app is super convenient. The initial setup was also very easy because I just used my work email to log in with Google and only had to update my ID and contact details.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I cannot book or modify bookings from the mobile app, it would be convenient to be able to do it on the go

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to book travel and accommodation for work trips. It solves not needing to book with my own card, shows company travel policies, and lets me see colleagues' stays for reviews.

 ### 30. Effortless Trip Planning, Needs Broader Flight Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raine L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like how Perk(formerly TravelPerk) allows me to easily search for flights and accommodations with all documents in one place, making it easy to check everything. I also appreciate the good filtering criteria for flights and the feature that shows which hotels my colleagues are staying at. This helps me have a better trip by choosing a suitable flight time for my schedule and a good hotel based on where my colleagues have stayed or are staying.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes the flights don't show up on the search, but when I search on Google or the airline's website, they do show up. Then I have to contact customer service to help me add it in.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to easily search flights and accommodations, with all documents in one place. It offers good filtering for flights and shows colleague hotel choices, allowing me to select suitable flight times and hotels.

 ### 31. Smooth Budget Management and Travel Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave J. | CS Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like how Perk (formerly TravelPerk) makes it extremely easy to follow a budget for company trips while providing a perfect combination of user autonomy and company guardrails. It was particularly helpful for our international trip to Turkey, allowing us to book flights that suited our location and needs within the set budget. The centralized system for flight updates is also extremely helpful. Additionally, setting up my personal account couldn't have been easier.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes when dealing with an API endpoint that's not directly the airline information, the information can leave out little tidbits. They have to go directly to the airline to research. It's minor stuff, but it would be impossible to perfectly aggregate every single airline and company that Perk is coordinated with.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Perk makes it super easy to follow budgets and book flights with the right guardrails, providing a smooth process and combining user autonomy with company-set limits.

 ### 32. Efficient tool for business travel planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katharina S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like about Perk that all important travel details are visible and bookable in a single tool. This makes it easier for me, as I no longer have to search and compare hotels and prices on several different sites. Additionally, I can create and book my entire trip in Perk, which makes everything available at a glance. The approval process with my supervisor is also simplified, as the approval can be done directly through Perk. I appreciate the customer service chat, which is available for problems, and found the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes different train connections are displayed than if you were to look directly at the provider. A search for connections based on an address would be helpful. Currently, you have to specify specific train stations.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk to search and book hotels and transportation for business trips, which simplifies the approval process. I can now do everything in one tool and no longer have to switch between multiple pages.

 ### 33. Streamlined Travel Booking with Seamless Loyalty Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk has made booking and managing travel *dramatically* easier for me compared to handling flights, hotels, and changes across multiple separate platforms.

What really stands out is how streamlined everything is. Instead of juggling airline sites, hotel portals, invoices, and confirmation emails, Perk brings all bookings into one clean, intuitive interface. From initial booking to changes or cancellations, everything is faster and far less stressful. Having all travel details, receipts, and support in one place saves a huge amount of time and mental overhead.

A major differentiator for me is the **automatic integration of air miles and loyalty programs**. My frequent‑flyer and hotel loyalty accounts are applied seamlessly during booking, without manual entry or double‑checking every step. Even better, Perk intelligently factors loyalty benefits into the booking process and applies them **when they actually result in better prices or value**—so I get the upside of my loyalty status without compromising on cost efficiency. That’s something I’ve never experienced when booking everything separately.

Price transparency is another big plus. I can quickly compare options and feel confident I’m getting competitive rates, while still benefiting from loyalty perks. On top of that, managing changes or disruptions is much smoother than dealing directly with airlines or hotels on my own.

If I had to name a downside, it would be that some niche or ultra‑specific travel preferences can still occasionally be better handled directly—but for 90%+ of trips, Perk covers everything exceptionally well.

Overall, Perk replaces a fragmented, time‑consuming booking process with a single, smart, and loyalty‑aware platform. It’s an easy recommendation for anyone who travels regularly and wants simplicity without giving up rewards.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

 ### 34. Great Options but Price Changes Frustrate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay J. | Commodity Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk shows major options of flights and hotels, covering major airlines and famous hotel brands. It solves the problem of showing available flights along with rates. I appreciate being able to see the best cost options as per our company policy. I find the initial setup easy, and it includes an automatic payment system along with approval.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

They change the price sometimes when we finalize booking, this is happening multiple times for flights and hotels. I can understand for flights it is ok but for hotel it should not be the case. It was easy but sometimes rates shown on Perk are higher if we compare with Google rate or other third-party sites.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for flight and hotel bookings. It shows available flights with rates, major options for flights and hotels, and covers major airlines and famous hotel brands, helping me find the best cost options as per company policy.

 ### 35. Intuitive UI and Fast, Clear Bookings with Responsive Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Principal Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

It is very intuitive to use and has a clear user interface. I use it for work bookings of trains, hire cars, flights and hotels on a regular basis as the platform of choice at the organisation I work for. The speed of booking is fast, with the options, timings and pricing clearly set out before making a decision. I have the app on my work phone and can quickly make the necessary bookings that I need for work travel.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

At times, bookings can only be made for 30 to 60 minutes in advance of the ticket needed (for example trains). Occasionally there is a shorter term option available in reality which is not possible to book via perk (probably due to the lead time to execute the booking and risk that the ticket will not be useable by the requester). This would be my only issue which is a small point. Flight cancellations can also be slightly bureaucratic if you have the ensure the original flight was refunded before you find the replacement flight option. Customer support is always fast however.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a platform to manage all work-related bookings in a single place. This is very useful as I can see the full itinerary without having multiple accounts and searching multiple emails to find my work trip organisation.

 ### 36. Easy to use Platform for Streamlining Travel and Spend Management for Greater Efficiency

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia C. | Special Assistant and Strategic Advisor to the CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The automated expense and invoice handling has helped to simplify expense management. I also like that it is easy to use. We have also found that our account representative, Joe Passamonte, has been very responsive and helpful in addressing any questions and/or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Pricing can be higher, especially with booking fees.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk has allowed us to automate many administrative tasks — including travel booking, expense capture, invoice coding and approvals — that would otherwise eat into our team’s time and productivity. It has saved us hours previously spent on repetitive non-core tasks. Perk also provides a single platform to book flights and trains, instead of having employees use multiple websites or tools thereby reducing confusion, errors, and back-and-forth communications from fragmented booking. With Perk, we are able to define and enforce travel policies (budgets and approval workflows) directly in the platform. That means fewer out-of-policy bookings and more consistent compliance across the company. This has helped us to ensure that staff is following our travel policies.

 ### 37. Convenient Travel Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karolina V. | Data, Automation & AI Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is very convenient to use. I book my travels and my accommodation, and I don't need to pay for it, which saves me time, especially when dealing with internal expense systems at my company. I really appreciate the great customer service; the people are really lovely and helpful. The initial setup was very convenient and easy with a lot of good support. The system is easy to understand and use, and we didn't need any additional training, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Sometimes, it's not convenient to do the check-in for accommodations. When I book apartments, for example in London through Perk, I receive confirmation, a code, and a contact number. But it doesn't always give me a check-in option. Often, I'm very late in London and have to wait outside trying to get in touch with the apartment owner or the person in charge.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) for booking trains and accommodation for work trips. It's very convenient, saves me from handling expenses upfront, and saves time over internal expense systems.

 ### 38. Streamlined Booking, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cosima L. | Leiterin Ausbildungszentrum, Backoffice & Welcome Desk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) allows travelers, or employees, to handle bookings themselves, which takes that task off my plate. The reports feature provides valuable insights, and having easy access and regular contact with a Key Account Manager is great for addressing any issues or improvements. I also appreciate having only one bill a month, which simplifies the financial aspect. Overall, these features help save costs and reduce shadow work within the company.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The overview for hotel room or fare options isn't as good as it was a few months ago. When selecting a hotel, you can't see all the room options directly, like corporate rates or breakfast inclusions, without using a dropdown button. This isn't very clear for travelers, and they often mention finding lower rates on booking platforms because they can't locate these options in Perk(formerly TravelPerk).

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to handle bookings anymore; travelers can do it themselves easily. It saves costs and reduces shadow work, with easy access to reports and just one bill a month.

 ### 39. Best investment for travel bookings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen M. | Events & Engagement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Perk is easy to use for both the people requesting travel, as well as the admin who approves the travel. Their customer support is amazing too. We worked with Jacob and he was incredible start to finish. I would especially like to recommend working with him.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The events system still has some kinks to work out, but overall I love it

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was solving the availability of flights and customer service. We do events all over the globe and needed a system where we felt confident that our attendees would find the flights they needed. With their multiple sourcing sites, I do feel confident. In addition, I love that they have 24/7 customer service so if anything happens to a flight, their team is on it & we are speaking to human beings and not bots.

 ### 40. Trip Grouping is Handy, But Needs Better Options

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that it's nice having all of the travel items listed under the same 'Trip'.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Having to go through Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is a bit more of a hassle for me since I've been capable of finding flights and hotels myself. When the trip changes, I've run into issues where the rental car or something else doesn't automatically update or alert me to update it myself. It's frustrating that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) sometimes shows worse prices than I find online or doesn't have the flight route at all. The flight comparison tool isn't entirely comprehensive of all flights. The hotel searching tool is a bit janky and sometimes doesn't show Marriott hotels, which is frustrating as a Marriott loyalist.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) lists all travel items under the same 'Trip', but I find it a hassle since I could previously compare and book better options myself.

 ### 41. Effortless Business Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chantall B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk for business travel, booking hotels, and flights. I find it easy to manage travel bookings and track where my team is or has been. I like that it's easy to use with a clean UX and that there's quick support or concierge help. It doesn't take too much time to get travel sorted—just a few clicks, and I can book travel for myself or my team. I appreciate that the concierge is available for any travel requests that aren't directly available, and if I find accommodation on Booking.com, they find a way to make the booking happen. The initial setup was super smooth as well, just needing to create an account with my business email.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think it would be cool if travel expenses were also in the platform. Right now, we use a different platform for expenses during travel.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk makes it easy to manage travel bookings and track where my team is. Booking travel for myself or my team takes just a few clicks, and the concierge support helps with hard-to-find options.

 ### 42. Simplicity and Efficiency for Travel Reservations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the simplicity when searching on Perk, which makes organizing business trips easier. I also appreciate being able to book trips for colleagues easily. The app combines both transportation and hotels in a single platform, and it suggests hotels where some colleagues have stayed before, which is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

For example, when booking a round-trip train ticket, if you select one company for the outbound trip, it doesn't allow you to choose a different one for the return. You have to book them separately. They could optimize it to let you choose different companies, just like with flights.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Perk, I look for alternatives on the same platform, select what I need, and book instantly. The app includes transportation and hotels, with suggestions of hotels where colleagues have stayed before, making planning and booking very easy.

 ### 43. Super Convenient for Business Travel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G. | International Channel Sales Manager - ElasticSuite & Gally, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to book my business flights around Europe, and I find it super convenient and super easy. It offers a lot of options, letting me choose between different transportation modes like planes and trains. I love the facility it gives for booking hotels as well. The support team is amazing, helping me superfast when I've had problems in some countries. The initial setup was very simple, and it's easy for the user to navigate. It's still easy to use, which I think is great.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

 ### 44. Straightforward, Policy-Compliant Booking That Fits Seamlessly Into Our Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sascha B. | Staff Solution Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

It's straightforward to find hotel rooms, trains and flights that also adhere to the company policy we have for booking. The system integrates well into our setup and that makes it easy for me to book work trips.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

It would be good if there was an automated approach to getting hotel invoices after a stay at a hotel made out to our company. This can sometimes be a struggle with some hotels.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us one platform where we can book our work trips and we don't need to use several. The rates are generally good when comparing them to other platforms.

 ### 45. Intuitive, Efficient, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda J. | Production Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like the intuitive platform of Perk (formerly TravelPerk) with a great UX, both for admins and users. The excellent support is also a highlight. I appreciate the very good collaboration with our account manager and the very good product team that constantly develops the platform and features further. The analyses and dashboards are very good, and it is easy to book trips for employees and adhere to travel policies. The initial setup was super clear, simple, and easy to understand. There is an integration with our HRIS for employee data and a connection to SSO for seamless login. Overall, we don't need a long onboarding process because many of our employees use Perk and the policies are already integrated.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

What we are still waiting for is CO2 budgets (currently only for cost centers), and also the admin functions in the mobile app. Currently, the admin functionalities (booking for others, etc.) are only available via the browser/laptop, having everything in the mobile app would be super helpful.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) helps us adhere to travel policies, simplifies travel booking for employees, and offers very good analytics and dashboards.

 ### 46. Effortless Travel Booking, Minor Hotel Navigation Issues

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I like that everything in Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is all in the same place, making it very easy to handle. I can see the information very clearly without having to look back into emails, which is convenient. The booking app is also very nice since I can see everything and book my stuff easily. The initial setup of Perk was very easy, and I always recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

The hotel booking platform sometimes makes it difficult to navigate and reach the hotel that is most convenient.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for booking travel arrangements and reporting on my company's travel. It's easy to handle, and I can access info in the app without checking emails.

 ### 47. Intuitive, All-in-One Travel App!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valery Z. | App Builder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think the user interface of Perk(formerly TravelPerk) is really nicely built and very intuitive. I like all the options they have for plane tickets, and the ability to filter based on the number of stops, time of departure or arrival, and whether the airline is part of a group like Star Alliance. It's great that you can draft and save searches to come back to later, and I appreciate that you can easily add your frequent flyer number. When checking in with the airline, your frequent flyer number is saved, which is really convenient. It's very much an all-in-one app for everything travel-related. Setting it up was pretty easy too; I just logged in with my work account and was ready to book my first flight.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I think the only thing that they could be a little bit better at is showing the total cost of the ticket, including fees and taxes, earlier in the process. It's not a deal-breaker, but something that could be improved. Also, I think Perk should cater more to personal use. Having the option to manage both business and personal travel within the same app would be great, like having different tabs for each.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Perk(formerly TravelPerk), I see every airline option and itinerary in one place, manage reservations easily, get flight notifications, and benefit from good prices.

 ### 48. Exceptional Support, Seamless Booking Experience

**Reviewed by:** Sam P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I use Perk for managing and booking corporate travel, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly. Their customer service is exceptional and recently got me out of a jam when I had an issue with a booking. They handled bookings and resolved an error with my name that didn’t match my passport by contacting the airlines. I like the booking interface, especially the map view for hotels, which is super helpful. Using map view, I can locate my office and find a hotel nearby, saving me time. The initial setup was also super easy.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I don't have anything I dislike - it's a simple and effective product.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Perk for managing corporate travel and ensuring seamless logistics. It eliminates admin errors in booking, providing exceptional customer support when issues arise. The booking interface with a map view helps locate hotels near my office, saving time.

 ### 49. User-Friendly and Powerful for Business Travel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

I find Perk(formerly TravelPerk) to be user-friendly, robust, yet simple, and very efficient. I like the hands-on account management and the user and payment solutions which are easy to use and comprehensive. It's great to easily add users with different permissions and adjust things quickly. The platform allows for simple policy and payment creation and implementation, while also allowing for detailed and restrictive setups when needed. The reporting tool provides all the information I might need. The initial setup was very easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Perk(formerly TravelPerk)?**

Re-approvals on flights that increase in price in the time it takes to confirm the fare are a bit tedious and require customer service to approve via email. It would be nice to have an approval button/prompt.

**What problems is Perk(formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perk is user-friendly, robust, and efficient, with hands-on account management. It simplifies adding users and creating policies, allows detailed control, and offers comprehensive reporting tools.
