What was most helpful to me was being able to access all previous templates used for the clients' ads I was working with. It saved an immense amount if time being able to pull an older add or content without having to reconstruct it. Additionally, not having to worry about what area it is located under. Campaign creation flow is not really a step up from FB business manager. Very low capability to support Snapchat/TikTok despite them advertising it and selling it. The "experts" themselves don't seem knowledgeable about paid social advertising. It seems that most of their clients are mostly brand focused. It also lacks the ability to create audiences, ad automation, advanced bidding options etc.

One of the biggest issues is that they respond slowly to API changes. One day it works, the next day it stops working. Also it's very buggy and at times super frustrating to use, we spent most of the time with them trying to fix bugs instead of using the platform. The platform can also be slow.

Essentially it's not compatible with those who are purely performance driven. I think those who don't need to be very "on it" would find it more useful.

Being able to cross-account monitor campaign performance has significantly helped us track our spending and KPIs. This isn't an option available on Facebook's native platform.

There are a few wonky things/bugs that pop up every so often. Occasionally API errors, display issues, and formatting issues. It seems like there's still some developmental work that needs to be completed to make it a bit smoother of an experience.

The support chat is helpful, but with their support team being in Europe, it does limit their availability to us in the US. Ideally, they bring on some support staff in more Western time zones.

The platform can be pretty GPU intensive, causing slowdowns in performance.
