What do you like best about Perion One?

I appreciate the easy-to-use campaign setup flow. It helps me to set up campaigns quickly and accurately.

I also really like the dashboard feature. It makes it easy to check on my campaigns and make optimizations by shifting budgets across platforms.

My clients also like being able to see the campaign performance in real-time.

Customer service is also helpful and fast, a significant advantage compared to any other similar provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perion One?

Since Paragone is constantly improving and adding features, there are some bugs that I experience, especially with newer features or newly added channels.

For example, there are often discrepancies in data for LinkedIn. However, the customer service chat within Paragone works well, and issues are resolved quickly.

The new tags features, needs to be improved. Currently you can only tag on campaign level and need to go to another section to create new tags, taking you away from the campaign.

Ability to add tags to everything is needed for me to be able to use them in a way that is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perion One?

On Paragone, they display all the metrics intuitively. The dashboard is very user-friendly and allows us to get the info that we intent very efficiently. The graphics in the "campaigns" tab will enable us to quickly and visually see how the campaign performs and understand how we can improve. It has helped me in the past to see essential data and implement campaign optimizations promptly. The upsides of using Paragone are having all the information in one intuitive platform, which makes our productivity - as users - significantly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perion One?

Sometimes there are errors when it comes to data filters. We have to keep on changing the dates on the campaign that we are analyzing, but that's just a tiny downside compare to the greats outcomes that come from using Paragone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perion One?

It is intuitive and allows to sort your different campaigns more clearly than on Facebook Business Manager, it makes it easier to read data and organize your work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I encounter different problems on a daily basis. Sometimes it is the slowness of the platform; sometimes, it is more sporadic issues such as clearance rights etc. However, the team is always available to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It's a robust platform with lots of customization options and practical tools that can easily cater to various needs.

- The interface feels cohesive and dynamic. It invites the user to keep searching around and trying out its different functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perion One?

- It can feel a bit janky to use at times. When you click on a menu, it takes a bit longer to respond, for example.

- For first-time users, Paragone might feel overwhelming. That could be solved with an onboard tutorial or a beginner's course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients usually do not have access to our ads platforms, so Paragone has become one of our go-to reporting applications to better show our campaign performance seamlessly without the need to grant access to more sensitive data. Sharing reports and making them customizable is probably one of the biggest benefits we've encountered while using Paragone, because clients and other areas can move around the report and analyze data the way they wish while we control which data we want to show them. -The connection with some APIs is a little unstable

-You can't delete ad accounts easily

We've worked on improving our API integration, so you'll encounter fewer token errors and improved data fetching quality.

Regarding deletion of ad accounts - We'll work on implementing this in our platform, while taking into account the sensitivity of this feature. We don't users to accidentally delete ad account.
