Looks really good from the outside, but using it, is not a great experience **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2021 **What do you like best about Perion One?** I liked the ability to create reports easily. Also the ability to see what are the best performing ad texts/ad headlines. **What do you dislike about Perion One?** Campaign creation flow is not really a step up from FB business manager. Very low capability to support Snapchat/TikTok despite them advertising it and selling it. The "experts" themselves don't seem knowledgeable about paid social advertising. It seems that most of their clients are mostly brand focused. It also lacks the ability to create audiences, ad automation, advanced bidding options etc. One of the biggest issues is that they respond slowly to API changes. One day it works, the next day it stops working. Also it's very buggy and at times super frustrating to use, we spent most of the time with them trying to fix bugs instead of using the platform. The platform can also be slow. Essentially it's not compatible with those who are purely performance driven. I think those who don't need to be very "on it" would find it more useful. It's annoying when they sell you one thing, but the product itself is not matching closely to what they're selling. **What problems is Perion One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us create better reports, but that's it. **Official Response from Orel Gilad:** > Thank you for your valuable feedback!
