It helps us manage all the document work that we previously had to do manually. We like the new Pergamin interface that has changed with the beginning of the new year. An important feature for us is the possibility of applying different signature types within one document as well as the signature queue, with the possibility of determining the order in which the document is delivered to each of the invited parties. At the very beginning, it wasn't easy to get used to it. But after a few workshops with Customer Support, now it appears to be very intuitive to use for us we can save a lot of our time. Thanks to the option of adding an acceptor to the document, this significantly lowers the risk of any mistakes appearing in documents sent to sign. We were looking for a solution to streamline the hiring process that would handle not only employment contracts, but also statements, applications, requests. Pergamin prepared an interactive template for us, where we can operate on a set of documents. We have on one online platform everything we need to start cooperation smoothly right away and be able to prepare a set of documents for an employee. In the case of a company outsourcing HR and accounting processes, an efficient approach to this subject guarantees cost efficiency for our clients. Pergamin provides us with functionalities that minimize repetitive tasks and make our employees more efficient. I recommend Pergamin to anyone who is looking for a tool to manage electronic contract workflow, want to prepare contracts more easily, keep documents in order and save time. One of the benefits of using Pergamin is the ability to swiftly generate contracts, based on select provisions that we can adapt depending on the particular clients. We have a set of our own customizable templates and this feature has significantly reduced the time present on manually drafting documents, allowing us to focus on other important business tasks. We can easily switch between Organizations and Teams, making our work with documents easy. Besides, a helpful aspect of Pergamin is assigning the role of an Acceptor before the document can be signed by the obligatory parties, which significantly decreases the risk of any errors or mistakes. Pergamin does not offer the possibility to add custom graphics to document templates or personalizing outgoing e-mails; these are features that we could greatly benefit from, for example when sending a sales agreement to a new client who is unfamiliar with the system. When using Pergamin we have occasionally encountered minor problems with guiding our clients through the signature process, however Pergamin’s customer support team has been quick to answer our questions and resolve any difficulties.
