I like that Performio offers graphs as well as data tables, which provide another option for viewing my data and how I perform over larger periods. I think the sidebar options could be improved, navigating raw targets can sometimes be difficult to find. I wish there was an algorithm which accurately displays our true targets, as the targets shown are normally a bit less than the actual ones, and we have to go into the Excel spreadsheet of individual data points and add everything together to get the actual target. I like that it's easy to use, smooth, and not laggy, which is great because if I need to check something quickly, I won’t be held back or delayed. Plus, it's never down. I only have visibility on the current pay period, which is frustrating because some sales from previous periods are still getting finalized and need approvals. I need to be able to track those previous sales to make sure my commissions and compensations are accurate. Also, it's not entirely accurate or up to date when I'm trying to track sales.
