Users can use Google Forms to create request form (e.g. Leave Request). Their respondents will submit request via that created form, then specified recipients will receive approval email. Those recipients can make approval decision right on that email. ## PerformFlow Reviews ### 1. I am struggling to load my forms inside the tool. I might be trying the wrong way but even if I am doing it wrong, this says a lot about the tool's UI as I am one of the pro users of many such tools out there. **What do you dislike about PerformFlow?** The biggest downside for me is that it works only with Google suite. That ignores a very big microsoft user community. So even if I like the tool and if my org uses Microsoft suite, I would be unable to even recommend the tool to my org **What problems is PerformFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying this tool for two approval flows, one is new partner onboarding where the employees of our partners require to complete compliance stuff with us where they need to answer a couple of questions and different teams need to be informed. Was not able to achieve that. It's good that we can connect it directly to Gmail to receive notifications of updates and efficiently respond to them. Having it within the Google workplace enables us to collaborate on preparing workflow charts and making updates quickly. **What do you dislike about PerformFlow?** I find it to have limited capabilities, as we can deal with only a limited number of activities. **What problems is PerformFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite its simple capabilities, it helped us to some extent in managing workflow and assigning tasks to members. ### 3. This one was quick to deploy and faster to run. It makes sense to use it. I hope everyone can use it **What do you dislike about PerformFlow?** I reface gui is a bit sticky and ugly but it works. Performance workflow software is not popular out there yet. It would be hard to implement in my organization **What problems is PerformFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performance reviews and workflow is much smoother and I get work done much faster. Life with performs flow is better.
