Allow goals from the current period to be moved to future goals by the individual user and not just locked to the supervisor. The only other issue is integration of data to platforms. The only way to pull data from the system is through a large excel file. It allowed Kellie, my supervisor, to get a full picture of her team's performance. Once staff completes their appraisal, the next step is staff to meet with Kellie, our Project Director to review both appraisals, aligned side by side, and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and goals with everyone. The appraisal allows staff to understand their strengths and weaknesses from two different opinions, which allows for a conversation that may be difficult and end up with positive outcomes. ### 39.
