**What do you like best about Performance Pro?**

What I like best about Performance Pro is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes the performance review process organized, efficient, and easy to navigate for both managers and employees. I appreciate the ability to set clear goals, track progress throughout the review cycle, and provide meaningful feedback in one centralized location. The customizable review templates and automated reminders help keep evaluations on schedule, while the reporting features provide valuable insights into employee performance and development. Overall, Performance Pro simplifies performance management and helps create a more consistent, transparent, and productive review process.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

What I dislike about Performance Pro is that the interface can feel a bit outdated compared to more modern systems, which sometimes makes the overall experience less smooth than it could be. Certain parts of the navigation aren’t always as intuitive as I’d like, especially when moving between sections or trying to go back and edit previous responses. The text entry areas can also feel somewhat limited when I want to provide more detailed examples or expand on my feedback. While the system is functional and gets the job done, a more modern design and improved usability would make completing appraisals feel quicker and more seamless

**What do you like best about Performance Pro?**

Performance Pro allows me to clearly track goals, document achievements, and organize my self-evaluation in a structured way. I appreciate how it provides a centralized platform to reflect on accomplishments, progress, and areas for development, making the review process more transparent and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

While Performance Pro is useful for tracking goals and documenting achievements, the interface can sometimes feel rigid and not intuitive, especially when trying to provide detailed context or add supporting information. More flexibility in formatting and organizing content would make the self-evaluation process smoother.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance Pro helps me track my goals, document achievements, and organize my self-evaluation in a structured way. It ensures that my performance and contributions are clearly recorded and communicated, which supports professional development, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives.

**What do you like best about Performance Pro?**

Performance Pro is generally easy to use, both as a supervisor completing evaluations and as an employee completing self evaluations.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

As a supervisor, it can be a bit confusing to find historical information about past evaluations.  However, I know there is a modern interface, so perhaps this issue has been addressed with the new interface that my Human Capitol department hasn't enabled for us yet.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's obvious that Performance Pro helps with evaluating the performance of employees, but it's also helpful as a supervisor when completing One to Ones, especially when we're tracking longer-term goals set by the employee.  I can enter notes each time we meet so that I have a full picture of their efforts and involvement as they've worked on their goals for each 6-month evaluation period.

I like the general clean website appearance and overall organization output.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

I wish there were base performance goals established for a brand new employee as this section was slightly confusing as someone who has never done an appraisal review before.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I understand a clear in-text visual of what management would like me to aim to improve.

I like that I'll be able to know with this where I stand and how I'm doing with my company

This is not user friendly. There are much better ways to make this program easier on new and familiar users.

I'm still learning about it and haven't got first-hand experience with it yet but again, it'll be nice to know how I'm performing at my company

By far the best thing about it is how easy the navigation is.

I don't like that there was a glitch where the option that I picked.

The last system we used was hard to navigate and not fun to fill out.

Percentage markers help in goal setting for allocating importance and determining priority. Notes and reminders are also helpful.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

My only flaw would be the user interface. I also would allow users more granularity in evaluating goals and factors. At times it would be beneficial to get more specific than scoring in half number increments.

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance Pro helps in evaluation periods and setting future goals.

The most helpful thing is that you are able to add personal notes, so you can explain why you rated yourself a certain way.

The only thing I dislike about Performance Pro is that it isn't as user friendly as it could be.

It is pointing out what my strengths and weaknesses are, and enabling me to recognize that, and therefore, I can work on it.

**What do you like best about Performance Pro?**

The Performance Pro platform offers a smooth, centralized hub for my team to access goals and development resources, while also allowing them to highlight their achievements. I appreciate the accessibility and transparency it affords.

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

I dislike only being able to suggest edits to certain areas of my goals. It's an incomplete process b/c of the limited functionality, especially annoying when my supervisor is very busy and pulled in many directions. That said, THANK YOU for finally auto-saving qualitative text entries!! In years past, we wasted so much time redoing evaluations due to forgetting to hit the Save button!

**What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It took us from purely subjective written evals to a tool where we could still have that component but precisely quantify performance and tie it to company values that *everyone is held accountable to.

THE PROGRAM IS EASY TO USE OVERALL. IT IS QUITE INTUITIVE AND SELF EXPLANITORY

**What do you dislike about Performance Pro?**

VERSION CHANGED DURING USE DURING EVAL WEEK. STARTED IN OLD VERSION ONE DAY. NEW VERSION/LAYOUT NEXT DAY. TIMED OUT AND CAME BACK AS OLD VERSION/LAYOUT WHEN RE-BOOTED. THIS LED TO SOME CONFUSION AND ANXIETY THAT INFO HAD NOT EFFECTIVELY SAVED.
