It's an incomplete process b/c of the limited functionality, especially annoying when my supervisor is very busy and pulled in many directions. I like I can see the percentages for the weighted goal as well as set goals and then the steps your going to take in order to keep that goal. It also seems difficult for the appraisers to use as I have had the incorrect appraiser for my evaluation two times thus far. **What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not sure if there are any problems Performance Pro is solving for me. This is the platform used by DSU, and I don't have major issues with this platform. ### 47.
