The Performance Pro platform offers a smooth, centralized hub for my team to access goals and development resources, while also allowing them to highlight their achievements. I dislike only being able to suggest edits to certain areas of my goals. It's an incomplete process b/c of the limited functionality, especially annoying when my supervisor is very busy and pulled in many directions. That said, THANK YOU for finally auto-saving qualitative text entries!! In years past, we wasted so much time redoing evaluations due to forgetting to hit the Save button!
