It can be very confusing when trying to complete the evaluation. It took me multiple times to complete the evaluation until I was able to understand how to navigate it on my own. The layout of the site is not intuitive, and unless you have used it before, there is absolutely no way to know what to do or where to go. Additionally, when trying to access employee forms, I wish there were a faster way to get to those, or bookmark which ones to use more often.
