It runs the commerce experience that shoppers and their AI agents move through, from being found and recommended, through checkout, delivery and returns, on one connected system. Perform.AI brings together more than 1,100 carriers, market benchmarks and a brand's own performance data in one connected set of data, so every question has one answer instead of four. The experience runs across AI Commerce Visibility, Checkout, Post-Purchase and Returns. Logistics Experience runs every stage. It predicts the delivery date shown at checkout from how carriers actually perform, selects the carrier and tracks each parcel to the doorstep, sets the return rules, and audits what each carrier charged against what it should have. AI Decision Intelligence reads across all of it. It watches performance against the standards a brand sets, flags what moved, and recommends what to fix next.
