"A perfect comprehensive mobile testing platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

In the era of tech start-ups, where speed of execution is the key, a comprehensive mobile application testing is essential for getting your applications to the market and within budget.

Even if I tried lot of platforms earlier; using Perfecto provide me:

(1) Target Device Selection: It creates an optimal mix of simulator testing and physical device testing on different models to maximize test coverage.

(2) Test Automation: It provides an effective test automation tool and maximize the use of automation to the reduce the cost of regression testing.

(3) Types of Testing: It considers different types of testing (functional, performance, security and compliance).

The most important part is it supports the new iOS/Android/other OS versions very soon.

As a user, it has satisfied me on all the parameters like functionality, performance, network, security, compatibility, conformance, usability, installation & provisioning etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

(1) Script re-usability is low. Therefore switching to a different platform might result in higher cost.

(2) Sharing source code may not always be possible and changing the source code might increase the risk of missing some defects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfecto"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

It is great mobile test tool, and will kick-start your research in the extensive software market. Few of the best features I promote are:

- native UI based on a proprietary TCL-based programming language

-. REST API for integration with other interfaces including WebDriver and JUnit

- simulators or cloud-based real devices to run tests on.

As the name suggests Perfecto is perfect for mobile testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

Notoriously slow. No getting away from script-reusability. As devices get more advanced, scripts and codes don’t give the same output, adding layers of complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A useful mobile testing tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

Automation of mobile websites is quickly becoming common practice and Perfecto seems to be one of the leaders in this field. Among many other amazing features, the ones I liked the best are:

(1) Large selection of mobile devices and OS versions

(2) REST API for integration with other interfaces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

What I disliked most is that it was sometime laggy and slow. Given that their services are cloud-based, this might be reasonable in some sense. However, I'm sure they have fixes in the pipeline to do something about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfecto: excellent support and user community, documentation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

Perfecto has an excellent support staff, community and documentation and issues are handled in a timely fashion. The suite of devices is extensive and the overall network is reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

We would like to see more geographic coverage of networks and devices in Asia. Also, some other tools transfer URLs from device to device; with Perfecto, the URL needs to be input each time a new device is opened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

It is extraordinary for snappy survey cycles at short notice, to supplement our QA groups with extra expansiveness and scope. Easy to setup virtual gadgets and use. There are such a large number of stages, gadgets, and OS changes that running these completely in-house is a comprehensive and costly approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

The client interface is exceptionally befuddling. As we all know, the time expense of an application's advancement will take a while notwithstanding for little activities or much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexibility to Share"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

Perfecto allows us to share a number of devices across our team which has a number of remote members who wouldn't otherwise have access to enough test devices. I like that there is a good checkout mechanism that prevents users from stumbling over each other on the same device. I also like that we can provide text to the suite and it will type it in for us on the device, a chore that otherwise would be pretty annoying with a mouse. Support has been really helpful dealing with questions about new devices and workflows that we have implemented in Perfecto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

There is a bit of lag associated with operating a device remotely. Because these are real devices, when they're checked out to other people you can't use them, so sometimes we end up with a queue for choice units. I think that the checkout system causes some confusion when testers hog devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The experience was not good. "
0.5/5
What do you like best about Perfecto?

We were able to run tests on the devices that we had sent over to be placed in the cloud. We were able to see the videos for demo to our Product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

The fact that we needed to purchase and send devices and run on real devices meant that we could only test on a limited number of devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
