You can choose from many devices - phones, tablets, desktop machines. They support Android, iOS, Windows, MAC OS. You can choose from different browser versions, different resolutions and OS versions. Creating screenshots and videos is easy. The device screen sharing option is really helpful during meetings and/or presentations. Their support is fast and helpful, always ready to help - this is something that I really like. The guys from Perfecto care about their clients - organizing monthly meetings for sharing updates, issues, possible improvements and so on. - Great CI dashboard view

- Supports Mobile Apps (Native / Hybrid), Web and Desktop, API's and easy to plug into CI.

- Great Customer Support.

Rather than dislike, maybe few points for improvement:

- Documentation needs to be organized better.

- Report generation module can be improved to provide / download customizable execution reports.

- Execution on Mobile Devices slow.

- UI testing needs to be in built. There is Applitools integration, but would be great if Perfecto offered an in-built solution.

I am one of the happiest customer among who using perfecto services. we are able to run our automation scripts on different devices and different browsers in different platforms which gives us to validate our application in wider range so that we can deliver the changes with zero defects to the customers.

Capabilities like watch live execution, recorded videos and reports are so helpful to us to debug the issues and raise the defects to developers.

Also I would like to appriciate for maintaining the infrastructure up-to date with current market requeriments.
