The new UI of Perfecto Admin console deletes the Device Groups created when there is no device attached / configured to the same. This leads to the list of users mapped to the said device group being deleted. This is unsatisfactory as projects start with having few users then add up quite a many with time. With device/s required by Projects off and on during the project, Site Admin expected to have details of earlier bookings which is not feasible with the new UI limitation. The handset automation test to help check for any software faults from device makers. Furthermore, with the health travel hurdle issues, Perfecto makes testing devices in other regions much more convienent, all that is needed is to ship the handset, and everything is setup remotely for testing at your convenience. We have the ability to access multiple mobile devices shared among multiple people. These devices can be either iOS or Android. Multiple people in the organization can have access to these devices so individuals do not need to purchase their own devices for any work/testing they require. Admin task become combersome because we have a lot of projects and we are not able to segregate them properly. Also, admins have to use the perfecto app for a lot of tasks, but the app is not updated as frequently as the web portion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
