What do you like best about Perfecto?

You can choose from many devices - phones, tablets, desktop machines. They support Android, iOS, Windows, MAC OS. You can choose from different browser versions, different resolutions and OS versions. Creating screenshots and videos is easy. The device screen sharing option is really helpful during meetings and/or presentations. Their support is fast and helpful, always ready to help - this is something that I really like. The guys from Perfecto care about their clients - organizing monthly meetings for sharing updates, issues, possible improvements and so on. We also got a free on site event - the speaker was Eran Kinsbruner. For me the talk was pretty interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

Maybe it is a bit more expensive than their competitors. The proof of concept and the setup in the beginning took a bit more than expected. It is not that user friendly in terms of manual testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using latest devices that we don't have on site is a big benefit. With Perfecto we are able to run our automation on different devices in different resolutions and browsers (moblie, tablet, desktop). What do you like best about Perfecto?

Provides a good eco-system for multi platform test automation. Few key pointers:

- Great CI dashboard view

- Supports Mobile Apps (Native / Hybrid), Web and Desktop, API's and easy to plug into CI.

- Great Customer Support.

- Perfecto REST API's are useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

Rather than dislike, maybe few points for improvement:

- Documentation needs to be organized better.

- Report generation module can be improved to provide / download customizable execution reports.

- Execution on Mobile Devices slow.

- UI testing needs to be in built. There is Applitools integration, but would be great if Perfecto offered an in-built solution.

- More Perfecto REST API's and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Perfecto:

- Perfecto has reasonably good documentation for beginners, recommend starting with that.

- Good example projects on Github for reference.

- Overall Perfecto provides a nice eco-system for UI / API multi platform automation.

- Testers are expected to write their own scripts so coding is required. This is good because one can modify their own frameworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Can be used as a single framework for our automation requirement across multiple platforms.

- Flexibility to add our own modules with Perfecto API's for devices and reporting.

What do you like best about Perfecto?

I am one of the happiest customer among who using perfecto services. we are able to run our automation scripts on different devices and different browsers in different platforms which gives us to validate our application in wider range so that we can deliver the changes with zero defects to the customers.

Capabilities like watch live execution, recorded videos and reports are so helpful to us to debug the issues and raise the defects to developers.

Also I would like to appriciate for maintaining the infrastructure up-to date with current market requeriments.

I like the perfecto documentation which helps us to investigate or implementing new features in our test suit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfecto?

perfecto team can add timings to select the respective execution during that date.

The capability to scale our testing effort with more coverage. Moreover the perfecto team we work with Tony, Johnny and Jeff to name a few. Always there to provide prompt responses to any of our queries. The tickets we raise are always approached in a timely manner. Also, based on the urgency Tony and team helps escalate the ticket.
