1. The very thing about the Perfecto Tool is simple and Impressive UI. The navigations tabs are simpler for any new person. I learned the perfecto within 2 days due to its easy UI. The buttons and tabs are easily understood.

2. The other part I liked about this test is extensive support as I was fresher and had a lot of questions and issues with my scripts, support person- Guru helped me a lot and provide extensive support for training and standardizing my scripts for the clients. The person is available whenever required 24*7.

3. Devices are one of the attractive features in the tool as we were able to test our Native application for different devices to handle all the UI issues which provide a great impression towards our clients to minimize the UI errors.

4. Schedules script is one of the best features I like as I was able to perform testing by scheduling any script and get the report in PDF and different format to share with the clients with the appropriate steps and errors with email support.

5. Some other features that enforce me to use this tool are export and Import the scripts from any account. You can collaborate and share the scripts within any account.

6. You can also create your scripts as private which was one of the advantages of our project as we need to keep our scripts confidential.

7. The support forum is really the best part as I have sent a couple of forms to get help and I was assigned with a member immediately.

1. The thing I felt bad about this tool is the response time of the tool and running scripts.

I have to wait after clicking a button sometimes to appear next tab or screen.

2. Another thing is not enough details about the devices which are in use. As an admin or user, I want to check the devices which are busy used by whom? so that I can track who is working on which device. This is one of the recommendations from my side.

3. The scripts should also have the option to import in different languages.

Its a brilliant tool to automate seamless mobile applications and manual test on various devices and save maximum amount of time. Test reports are perfectly generated which gives a clarity of test cases passed / failed. No issues observed while testing it over slow network. Current UI of the product is not user friendly. Earlier when Adobe was supporting, UI of the product was more user friendly. User was able to open multiple devices at one time and perform testing activity at one go on various devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Automation testing and can be performed by integrating with several other tools like Bitbucket.slack,etc to upload the build automatically. Wide range of devices supported impressed me to use this tool which minimises UI errors as we can test Native applications on different devices irrespective of screen sizes which is very helpful during client demos and client testing. The 24X7 support by Perfecto team is the best thing as they provide forums to resolve issues or immediately assign an executive if required. It has a clean and simple interface. It acts as a collaboration tool as well as testers can share the scripts within any account.The perfecto support team is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. An executive helped me a lot in resolving my script related issues that I made in selenium.Scheduled script is one of the good features.We can extract the report in PDF and different format. The time of the device load is quite high sometimes which irritates and waste the user time at the time of presentations or screen sharing. The devices stop unexpectedly at times, which should be enhanced to fast the testing process. The rules for creating the scripts should be mention somewhere in the tool.

There are many things I like about Perfecto and how it is run.

The main components that I like are:

- C I Dashboard

- API documentation

- The creation of the Perfecto App so I didn't lose the "Old Lab"

- The Perfecto Support turn around time

There are many components that I take for granted as well that I like that may not be assumed:

- Being able to watch live streams

- Being able to launch the device manually and do anything I want for testing

- Being able to see the report library

There are a few feature requests that I would love to have:

- Actively, there are no alerts from CI Dashboards - I would like to be able to set custom alerts to my email if a certain threshold has failed

- The new Asset pages can not have folders created. In the previous old app, there was a way to create a directory tree of folders (now has changed to Locators - which is fine), but I just want to create a top level folder so I don't see "All iOS apps" or "All android apps"

- I would like to save videos and rename them for future use. This would be good for us since "this is what the baseline looked like, lets keep it and see what are runs differ in future if we ever have an issue".

Another thing that happens a lot for us is:

We evaluated different tools to address our needs in coud solutions to support our automated tests. Perfecto was the only one who met all of our requirements when looking at performance, ease of use, CI/CD integration, reporting and customer service. We had excellent support from their team from the proof of concept to the full integration in our pipeline. So far very happy with our partnership with Perfecto. Not much to mention here. The only downside of using a cloud solution, which is not specific to Perfecto, is the latency while doing manual tests. I wish the experience could be as seamless as a real device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perfecto Cloud was an excellent platform to test a Native Mobile application and multiple web browsers like Safari, Edge, Chrome remotely via connecting from any Desktop or Laptop. I like to enjoy testing mobile screens via touch screen monitors from remote laptop instead of mouse click in a traditional way.

Early Beta OS version availability in Cloud devices have given an opportunity to develop and test before GA release was excellent, no need to wait for month time for beta availability in cloud devices.

Heat map and report library are most useful feature where each test steps are available with logs and snapshots for manual (interactive) and automation testing.

Perfecto cloud automation integration suffices both Open source and paid test automation platform for Continuous Integrations and continuous testing.

Support team are awesome- server upgrades, notifications are seamless and team ensure server, devices available 24X7 for project usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In interactive mode , Tool does not have a Capability to install a application to all available devices at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Video recording embedded in the perfecto reporting was the most helpful to debug the test scripts and also helps the developer to visualize repro steps
