The calendar is a great feature with color codes for each separate event, and I like the communication thread within each event. It helps myself and the restaurant team when viewing the whole event. For example, in a normal email, all of your drafts are categorized by New Mail, Drafts, Sent Mail, etc. Sometimes, if I get pulled away and that email is closed, I have no idea of knowing if the draft wasn't sent (unless I go back to that thread to look myself). I've also noticed I need to double click sometimes to send an email. If I don't, it won't send and then gets lost because I didn't know I had a "draft" still.
