We love that all our event coordinators can see the communications. We can easily send template emails from our phones and get leads converted to sales so easily and quickly. I wish there was a way to track customers better like a CRM software. Sometimes the mobile version is finicky as well, but overall it as drastically improves our operations. I have never encountered such an all-rounded platform that attends to all your needs when planning an event. I must say that the team that worked on this platform gave it a lot of thought, and they had us, " the users," in mind throughout the development. The platform is so simple and easy to use you only need a few minutes to understand your way around and fully understand how everything works. It is very user-friendly with a modern design, and it feels good to use the platform. When it comes to invoicing, say no more. It is straightforward to send and update invoices, you can also request a deposit payment, and once the event is over or even before, you can schedule the next charge. I would improve a few things - the good news is that Perfect Venue has a robust feedback platform to show that they are working on crowdsourced user suggestions.
