We’ve been using Perdoo for about a year now to manage our OKRs, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. The software has become an invaluable tool for tracking the progress of our development team and ensuring that the company’s goals remain aligned across various departments. What I appreciate most is its user-friendly design: the interface is clean, intuitive, and offers a clear overview of progress on both individual and team objectives. This has enabled our team to focus on areas we had previously overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some aspects that could use improvement. Specifically, it would be extremely useful to have the option to carry over objectives from one quarter to the next, retaining the progress already made, rather than having to start over each time. Introducing this feature would make OKR management even more efficient and seamless. Despite this, Perdoo continues to be an outstanding tool for strategic planning and performance tracking, and I would certainly recommend it to any company seeking a more structured and transparent approach to managing goals. Thank you for your review.
It's on our product roadmap to improve the cloning feature. Here are the improvements that we have planned:
1. When cloning a goal, add a reference to the old/cloned goal in the activity history of the new goal.
2. Option to keep the old start, target, and current value for Key Results & Initiatives.
-- When enabled, you'll retain the progress already made. So if you had 20% progress on the old/cloned goal, then you'll start with 20% progress for your new goal.
-- When disabled, the current value of the old TF becomes the start value in the new TF and you'll start with 0% progress.
3. Option to also clone archived and/or achieved Key Results & Initiatives.
4. Option to clone the entire activity history.
Let us know at support@perdoo.com if you have anything to add to this. Thanks!
