Small things like when you have Objectives without clear key results but with mainly initiatives that the progress is not really measured correctly (only key results are counted). Also: I would love it if AI was integrated to help you build OKR's. It could be used to suggest OKR's, or to suggest corrections, for instance if your objective has a number in it, the suggestion to put that into the key result. We used Scaling up- Verne Harnisch but didn't have a good way to measure/ administrate this method. There is specific software for it but this was very expensive, so we found out that a lot of startups use Perdoo, and that you can start using it for free if you are small. I bought a small company, about 65 people all in one building, and grew it to over 100 people, spread across four company locations, and a dozen are so telecommuters.
