Groups are easy to create and add contributing members. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** Other users not checking in; although this isn't a drawback to the platform, we still get emails with progress updates and a lot of wasted space because the emails are formatted as if the other team members had checked in, which is a Perdoo control option. Being in IT, I might also be more critical of platform layout ;) **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** New check-in glitch; this issue was cleared literally within an hour and may have been an issue with an update they were pushing. My check-in worked, although the response page presented to me first was an Error 404 page not found; when re-visiting my check-in, none of the information I entered was lost. ### 4. You need to click in several places to go back in time. Same goes to active goals vs draft goals. It is easy to use. The reports are also easy to download. The kudos and employee feedback tools are great as well. My team says the Perdoo is far easier than using spreadsheets or google docs to track our work. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** It can take time to load the check-in feature and some other features. You can assign the OKR's to managers and make a nice hierarchy of OKR's while the UX is clear and consise. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** When your organisation grows, the UX is not really clear anymore. With too many OKR's and a really big hierarcy tree the assignment and finding of OKR's will become harder. I think the max amount of uses would be 15 to 20 before it get's too full. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking OKR's and keeping track of progress. Every person in the organisation can check on what others are working on. This way, no double work gets done and people can collaborate more easily. ### 33. The reporting and visual mapping is also easy to set up and show on a variety of devices. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** The information architecture when we first started using was a little unrefined, but they have since improved it and simplified some of the terms used. The PLG strategies are at times frustrating, as they put paywalls in front of some features that many would consider essential and also a key part of the value prop for a tool like this. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us align against goals and actually post and share updates against them. I didn't like the OKRs that are generated using the button "Create OKR to improve KPI."
