Percona Server for MySQL is a fully-compatible drop-in replacement of MySQL. It has all the features of MySQL enterprise edition for free and even more. It supports the most popular Linux distros but I'm missing the Windows and OS X versions. It's a minor problem because there are official Docker images. The best of the this software is that it is the great combination of SQL solutions with percona database management performance which actually enhances the system performance. Easy deployment - Initially used Postgres(Deployment - not very comfortable) 2. Easy to scale - even for a fresh graduate who hadn't put much thought into scalability while setting up the DB 3.
